"Location is very good, especially if you want to walk the river. That’s about it. Hotel is tired, staff is all over. Staff is traveling up and down with you with all the equipment for cleaning, which smells very strong. Main lobby is packed with linens and main elevators faces hotel storage/equipment and pretty much everything else door that was always open. Personal is alway talking to each other and making jokes, laughing as if they were in their own house. Restaurant that is attached was not...

"Very clean hotel. The rooms were minimalistic and basic if you ask me. But the bed was really comfortable. I didn't want to get up in the mornings. For the price $300/night I was expecting way better. Everything was very basic as far as amenities. There wasn't even a hot tub. The pool is 10th floor and a but small. It's heated but still too cold for early afternoon. Perks- they have free tea and coffee service in the morning. They have free wine service around 5pm. I stayed at 3 different...

"Lovely stay! I would highly recommend. The restaurant, pool, and spacious outdoor gardens were so beautiful. Our room had a small sitting deck. Next time I want try the spa amenities. Definitely will stay again. "

"we reserve 2 rooms for a wedding, one for the bride and one for me as the groom, we arrived at 2am to check in and when we got to the bride's room the door wouldn't open, we went to the reception and they changed the key and when we got in it didn't work. security came to open it for us because the door was locked from the inside. in the end we got in even though the bride was already afraid to sleep in the room which had a locked door from the inside. it was 3am before the situation with the...
