"Room has clean linen and towels. Was kept spotless with 2 daily cleaning and replenishment of water. Lovely view of the mountain and rice terrace on clear days. Even in the rain the fog makes is magical - simply breathtaking ! Special thanks to the in-house chef for whipping up delicious meals. The freshness of vegetables brings our dinner to a new level. "

"Had the most gorgeous view of the mountain. The hotel is close to restaurants, cafes, city center, and tourist spots. Be sure to try the Chestnut cakes sold near the hotel. The owner and staff are really helpful. They're like a close-knit family with Pam as the big sister. She is always willing to help and answer our queries. She's simply the best! "

"Locating 5-10 mins walk from the very centre of the sapa town but still a variety of restaurant, souvenir shops and tourists agencies close by. Being at the edge of the sapa town there is the breathtaking view from the balcony of the room, which I believe is what most of the visitors came to enjoy. Room is clean and tidy with consistent hot water supply in the shower. A decent breakfast was included."

"Staff is what made the greatest difference. They were always there ready to help. Over and above anything you would expect. During closings from all the mudslides they helped me rearrange all my tours and my flights. I really appreciate them. They also provided my driver with road condition updated on my way to SaPa. Breakfast was hot and ready and delicious each morning. "

"Everyone here treated us with such care and attention. You can tell the team truly loves what they do. We were given upgrade & treated well. Staff Lam upgraded us & was professional & always had smile on his face. Tran Long was great too & helped with transportation booking.
