"The rooms were clean and good . But the rooms are not getting cleaned after we checked in . We checked in for three nights and they were not ready to clean the rooms until we checked out . They said the cleaners were not available on holidays etc . But it was a little disappointing as we requested couple of times but nothing happened "

The front desk staff member was helpful and arranged a room change, which offered some improvement, however the room was still quite warm and the security lock was missing. Although I had two nights booked, I checked out after around 30 minutes. Unfortunately, I was unable to receive a refund for the unused nights."

"Overall okay but not good value for money. The room was okay. Good to have a kitchen and washer. Amenity is good with Westfield close by. However the property was poorly maintained. There was almost no housekeeping. They said you can only have housekeeping on every fourth day. Rubbish was out there for two days without being collected. Room was very noisy. There was a constant squeeking noise from the lifts. The lifts are very loud and shaking and need service. The TV screen kept flashing and...

"Rooms were clean. No staff due to Easter weekend. Parking was safe. Easy checkin and checkout process. "

"Great stay at Ramada Diplomat Windham. Staff was very friendly, accommodating, and the room was excellent. Comfortable beds. Easy access, and underground free parking a Bonus. Short drive to Parliament Buildings, restaurants. War Memorial. Would stay here again when back in Canberra. Robert"

"The location is perfect, right in the heart of Canberra. It's super convenient for visitors who have a car, and you can get around easily without a hitch. Plus, they have free EV charging stations, and the staff are really friendly and always helpful. We really enjoyed our stay in the interconnecting rooms. The rooms could have been bigger for the price, but they're super cute and well-kept throughout, giving off an antique vibe. Parking was also a breeze."

"Great location to larger Westfield shopping centre if needed, excellent cafe just around the corner, onsite parking at additional cost."

"The room was not clean, the linen was smelly, the staff was not helpful. We booked accommodation for 4 people for 3 nights, I went to reception and told them the linen was smelly, the staff gave me new linen and told me to change it. Everyday we have to ask reception for toilet paper. It is first time staying at Forest Hotel and Apartment and last time too. Will nerves come back here. Would not recommend for anybody to stay here."
