"We enjoyed a one night stay here. The room was comfortable for my family of 5. We enjoyed the onsite swimming pool. One reason why we stayed here was to be close to Florence. We were rewarded with a straight shot right into the east side of the city in less than 30 minutes on a Saturday night. We lucked out and found parking just outside the city center. Upon our return, we used our room key to reenter the building and our apartment. One thing to note is there is steep hill from the parking area...

"The property is gorgeous, the staff was very attentive and all the requests were promptly addressed. The room was big and clean but they don’t have AC. During the day can get warm but overnight there were no issues. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. Overall we highly recommend this property. "

"Excellent communication, and very quick reply to our messages. Linda was wonderful and very helpful. (She speaks perfect English as well) We arrived very late but she was waiting for us, explained how to reach the area. We got a welcome gift as well. The room was very clean, organised, with small little cute details. 😁 Swimming pool and sun beds available as well. Highly recommend. We spent a very nice time there."

"It’s hard to know where to begin when describing this property, but I guess I have to start somewhere. This is quite possibly the most beautiful property I’ve ever had the pleasure to visit. The grounds are exceptionally gorgeous. The food is mind-blowingly excellent. The wine superb. The service incredible. "I stayed here on a business trip. A really nice break from the typical business hotel, however this is much more a romantic fine dinning spa location. I'll be coming back with my wife and without my laptop."

"The property and staff were incredible! The only dislike was the drinks at the bar were VERY expensive. Otherwise a great experience, delicious food and fantastic staff. I sent the staff several questions before our arrival and they were very responsive. They also helped us set up an airport ride in the morning."

"What a beautiful find. Relaxing and inviting. An amazing restaurant attached with a cook that either has or soon will have a Michelin Star. The hotel is perfectly located outside of Florence. Away enough and close enough. Once you are there no need to go anywhere unless you want to. They offer an intimate spa, meaning you rent the entire wellness area with Finish Sauna and jacuzzi for your party. Nobody else will be there with you. Very relaxing. "After staying at the Hu campground in Rome, we took a train up to Florence. I’m so glad we booked with Hu and we wished it had been an option in Rapallo! We stayed in a bungalow which was perfect for the two of us. The grounds and surrounding area were gorgeous. Access to multiple pools, a restaurant and market were huge perks! Additionally, there is a bus stop right out front that takes you straight into town. If I find myself in Florence again (and I hope I do) I would definitely stay here...
