"The airport shuttle driver did not arrive despite the fact it was arranged and paid for in advance. I had to send multiple text messages to the management team at the hotel, then he arrived an hour later. Request the phone number of the driver in advance. "A hotel with no humans is a very bad idea. Many services require humans. Therefore, while an OK facility in good location, this was a very bad experience. What happens when the safe’s battery does not work? How do you get your passports? Or if the bathroom is stuck! Nobody to speak to. And nobody told me this was a “tech hotel”. Never again!"

"Apartment we stayed, was very clean, spacious with big windows and lots of light. The apartment building is in a very good location . Everything is at a walkable distance. Management was always available via messaging. Their response to my questions was very helpful, courteous and on point. They made me feel, that they are always there to help. "I had a problem with my passport which meant I had to delay the start of my journey. The hotel kept my booking open and have been very informative and friendly throughout. When eventually I was able to travel, the hotel made sure that my booking for extra days meant I didn't need to change rooms. Their responses throughout were almost immediate, and always understanding and helpful. Highly recommended and I will stay with them again "
