"I had a great experience at Springwood Motel in VA. Rhonda was amazing and very helpful throughout my stay. All the staff were kind, welcoming, and always willing to answer any questions I had. "The hotel was nice and well maintained. The staff are not clear on the late checkout policy. When I called about checking out late during my stay, I was told a note would be put in my reservation for a 2:00pm checkout. However, when I checked in I was told 12:30pm or 1:00pm at the latest. This was an issue because I stayed at this hotel because it is pet friendly. I was there to attend my daughters college graduation."

"My husband, my mother and I stayed in two rooms for the homecoming of my son on the USS Gerald Ford. We were very disappointed that the rooms did not have a coffee maker OR a microwave. They also did not have any dresser or night stands with drawers to store clothes. This was definitely like staying in a dorm room.
