"It doesn’t look like much from the street. I almost passed it by. But once inside, I sm glad that I did not. This place is beautiful, quiet and in a very nice neighborhood. I teach at least once a year. I will definitely stay here again next. Also can’t wait to bring my wife here."

"Hospitality like no other! Thoughtful and caring service to ensure I had everything I needed for my stay. During check in, I was told what I could find within walking distance (food options, medical, gas, atm etc) along with complimentary items on the facility. I truly felt welcomed and appreciated. "

"The property was spotless! It was so cleaned! You could smell the bleach and see them cleaning the rooms throughly. The staff was very pleasant. The hotel was safe and so convient. The shuttle was such a big help and so fast. Super close to the airport, and lots of food places. The free breakfast was delis. Horrible coffee thou lol I would stay here again and again. You can take the shuttle to the mall for food, shopping etc. I also used the ride share app to get around. The lobby’s sells drinks...

"My family and I had an excellent experience. Everyone was super nice and friendly. The room was super nice, spacious, clean . Room service was excellent. The rooftop bar was relaxing, they just need a good dj for Saturday night. "

"Its not the first time I've stayed there (the Palms, Trinidad) i call it my 2nd home. Staff are amazingly friend. Room service is on point & the cleanliness is faultless. I would highly recommend. I staff for weeks at a time. There's plenty of delicious eateries around (minutes walk) Although i love staying at the hotel the only disappointment I had was the restaurant, which has been taken over by Tropical Hand. "The property is in the heart of San Juan, but the gps location is not accurate. We were able to call the owner who gave us actual directions to the property. Once we got there, everything improved. The owner contacted you in advance to confirm your stay, so that was nice. I had previously booked the property, and they cancelled it, and raised the rate. The neighborhood did not seem safe, and there were no restaurants in close proximity, so a car is needed. Recommend for those not wanting to stay in Port of Spain.
