  • Beautiful 1700 sq ft. Townhouse in Old Mt. Pleasant located close to Historic Old Village area . This townhome is 1 mile to Sullivan’s Island beach and Pitt Street Bridge . You can walk or bike right from house over the Ben Sawyer bridge to fantastic restaurants like Obstinate Daughter and Poe’s Tavern. This townhome has 2 Queen bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms and has a large fenced in backyard with BBQ. The home is approximately 1800 sq ft. and is around a 10 min drive to downtown Charleston. This is a fantastic location to great restaurants and bars within walking distance, Downtown, Shem Creek , historical sites, Pitt Street bridge and so much more. This home can be rented longer term. I brought my son and granddaughter for a beach and city vacation. The location was minutes from Sullivan island beaches and convenient to local restaurants and stores. It was also convenient to the Charleston harbor and historic area. The condo was clean and tastefully decorated. A fully equipped kitchen was available if you wished to cook. The owner was very quick to answer any questions we asked while staying on the property. The place was perfect for our visit.

Great location. Central to most everything. Townhouse is beautiful. Tina was very responsive and made sure everything was good for us. We will stay here again when we return to Charlestown!!

Location, location, location. Everything about this townhouse was fantastic. I found the listing accurately described this rental. We love Sullivan’s Island and this rental was just a few short miles away. Driving into Charleston is only about 15 minutes away. I highly suggest ubering to Charleston during the peak season on Fridays and Saturdays. The host has everything there that you will need(towels, toilet paper, paper towels and stuff like that). This will definitely be our go-to place when visiting the area.

Great location

Loved our stay. Being so close to Sullivan’s Island was great. Easy to get downtown and the house has a great home like atmosphere. Tina was wonderful to work with and very helpful with local information.

Perfect location

Attending high school LaCrosse tournament in Oceanview and needed a convenient location and this was perfect! Very clean and ample room for the three of us. Very friendly and accommodating Host. Really enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Close to Sullivan's Island

The property is close to Sullivan's Island in Mt. Pleasant. It is quiet, has a lovely back yard, and is well provisioned. Very comfortable beds. We would stay there again.

Well maintained and clean townhouse a couple of miles from Sullivan beach. Small personal touch of welcome gifts from host were appreciated. Would definitely rent again if staying in the area.

Wonderful Location / Backyard

Great location! You are close to many great restaurants, the beach, and within walking distance of Old Mt. Pleasant! We also enjoyed the backyard/ garden! It was well kept up and a nice place to enjoy breakfast outside!

Clean home in a perfect location

This home is in a perfect location, close to the beach, the offerings of Mt Pleasant, and easily accessible to Charleston. The place is extremely clean with unique decorations and impressive gardens. Tina, the host, is very hospitable and cares greatly that you are comfortable. I would 100% stay here again without hesitation.

First, Tina is very responsive and has a great property. Many restaurants and a Publix in walking distance. Sullivan’s Island is an easy bike ride. The home is spacious and very comfortable. We hope to stay there again.

Wedding

We had a wonderful stay. This was my first time making reservations at a VRBO. Tina made the experience so easy and her place is perfect. Inside is very comfortable extremely well kept. The outside deck and patio are perfect great places to have morning coffee and relax during the day. The location is so convenient to so many things to do. Right down the street from the Shem Creek area. I would definitely recommend a stay here and I am hoping to go back.

Beautiful Getaway!

My husband and I had a lovely time visiting the Mt. Pleasant/Charleston area. The home was decorated beautifully, the host was very responsive and the location was close to all that we wanted to do. The bonus part was the incredible backyard which served as an amazing habitat for birds. We especially enjoyed having our morning coffee on the deck as we listened to the peaceful sounds around us. We will definitely return!

Terrific

The property was a 5 in several characteristics not part of the review. It was exceptionally clean, a great location (Publix is very walkable and old town Mt Pleasant is a short drive) and better provisioned than any rental I’ve had. Plus the host, Tina, is super responsive. Obviously I highly recommend it
