The Space: Get the authentic coastal living experience in our 3bd/2ba ranch-style home, “The High House” - with 1700 sqft, our space would be the perfect size for groups/families of up to eight people. To make things easier for you, this property also features on-site parking, so finding a parking spot won’t be an issue here! The first thing you’ll notice as you pull into our home is the bright red front door inviting you into the warm atmosphere of our space. As you walk inside, you will find yourself in the combined living/dining area - where you and your group can kick back after a fun-filled day with a movie/show on the HD flatscreen TV or share a meal at our 8-top dining table.

The connected kitchen has been fully stocked with all your basic cooking/kitchenware needed for preparing the perfect meal! Can’t agree on what to watch or want some adult time away from the kids? No problem. There’s another living room located through the barn doors off of the main living room, so there’s plenty of room to spread out. In addition to the common areas, all three bedrooms and both bathrooms are on the main floor. Two of the bedrooms have been adorned with plush queen-sized beds and share one of the home's spacious full bathrooms - located off the hallway.

While the master boasts a comfortable king-size bed and its own private full bath with a luxuriously large soaker tub, no shower. The fun doesn’t end there, we’ve also turned our backyard into your own little oasis featuring a private dock where you can enjoy the lagoon views, do a little stargazing, or have a backyard barbecue. The perfect place to make some memories.

Guests can park up to 3 cars in the driveway to the right of the home as well as space for one car parallel parked on the gravel in front of the house.

This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis

Groups of 8 or more guests are strongly encouraged to book a cabana in advance to ensure an ultimate, premium experience poolside
