Well appointed 5 bedroom, 4 bath home sleeps 10 and is conveniently located in the heart of the 'Old Village'.
This beautiful home features 5 bedrooms with 5 King size beds and 4 full baths. Accommodates a maximum of 10 guests for your comfort.
* Large Sun Deck overlooking back yard and fire pit with 2 teak lounge/sun chairs, teak dining table and sitting areas.
* Open air recreation area on first floor of house features a tv, billiards table, ping pong, corn hole and game table.
* Fire Pit is adjacent to recreation area in back yard with eight comfortable adirondack chairs. Gas grill with another dining table and chairs under back deck.
* Large Kitchen with 6 counter stools at kitchen bars and kitchen table with seating for 2, new glass cooktop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, trash compactor, microwave and is completely equipped for any culinary experience.
* Dining room seats 8.
* Living room with 2 large comfortable sofas and two chairs, 65” tv.
* Master suite with king size bed, large private bath, 65” tv, custom walk in closet and french doors to sun deck.
* 2nd bedroom with king bed, french doors to sun deck and shared bathroom.
* 3rd bedroom with king bed, tv, french doors to sun deck and shared bathroom.
* 4th bedroom with king bed, tv and private bath.
* 5th bedroom with king bed, tv and private bath.
* All rooms have dimming can lights.
* There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and living room and 2 new central heat and air units. One on each floor.
* Hardwood floors and tiled baths throughout entire house.
* Laundry room is on 2nd floor just off kitchen with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, cleaning supplies.
* All beds are very comfortable with high quality linens and many different pillow choices.
* This home is located in the heart of The Old Village.
* There are many choice restaurants/bars, several grocery stores and boutique shops located within a mile of this house.
* Beautiful Shem Creek is located 1 mile away and has many restaurants with waterfront dining, kayak and paddle board rentals, padi scuba shop and charter boat fishing.
* Sullivans Island is 3 miles away with a beautiful quiet beach, plenty of free parking, great restaurants, bars and boutique shops.
* Isle of Palms is 5 miles away offering a boardwalk atmosphere with souvenir stores, ice cream shops and beachfront dining. There is a charge for parking in the boardwalk area and free parking in residential areas.
* Patriots Point is 3 miles away. The Yorktown (WWII aircraft carrier) is located here and a water taxi to downtown Charleston or Fort Sumter.
* Downtown Charleston is 6 miles away. Take a walk back in time on the cobblestone streets, shop at the open air market on Market Street, visit the waterfront aquarium, enjoy the many fine restaurants and nightlife.

Wedding trip

Perfect choice for our stay in the area for my daughter’s wedding. Plenty of room, all king beds, and we even took a quick break to enjoy the pool table! The host was so helpful and so prompt to return a call. Was a great stay and would highly recommend this home.

Great House, Perfect Location, 10 Minutes to the Beach and Downtown Charleston

We were visiting the College of Charleston for our daughter and decided to make it a family vacation. We had never been to Charleston before. It was a fun trip. Mt. Pleasant was a great place to be. Less than a 5 minute drive to restaurants, shops, grocery store...yet the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Many families travel in golf carts. It was really cool. Less than 10 mintues to Sullivan's Island Beach, which was not crowded. Just a few more minutes and you can be on the Isle of Palms beach, where there is more going on. We had a great time on Sullivan's Island. Family friendly vibe. This was the highlight of the trip. Downtown Charleston and C of C were ten minutes away, as well. So, Mt. Pleasant is ideal if staying in Charleston. Uber would be really easy to use here. We rented an extra car to get around and didn't need it. The house itself is clean, nicely decorated and has 5 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. All of the furnishings are high quality. It is on a quiet cul-de-sac with no traffic noise. Underneath the home is a huge, open air play area with a pool table, ping pong and tiki bar. Outside is a shaded brick patio underneath a huge second story deck with many seating areas. I highly recommend this home! * * * * *

Great house in a great location for family gathering paired with golf

Perfect property for my family including my wife and I and my 3 grown kids and 3 grandchildren. Easy walk to the park for the grandkids and close to so many great golf courses for the adults.

Outstanding

We have been renting homes for years in the area. This home (by far) exceeded all expectations. Extremely clean, well maintained and huge amount of amenities. We can’t wait to come back and rent it again. We had an issue with the Wi-Fi and the owner was very quick to respond and help out.

Great Open Living Room & Dining Room Space

There were 9 of us (4 couples & 1 single person) and we LOVED this house. It was actually better than what we had hoped for. We love spending time together in the evenings, so the open living room and dining room areas were wonderful for us. The house was so clean and the beds were comfortable. Several of our members loved the pool and ping-pong tables, but since they were not in the A/C area, it was a little hot while using them. I would recommend this house to any larger group.

Lovely Home, Wonderful Stay

This home is beautifully appointed, and the kitchen is well-stocked for any cooking needs. There are board games, beach chairs, beach toys, and beach towels. Our young adult and teen children brought their gaming controllers and hooked up a Nintendo switch to the family room screen. The location is perfectly central to the beach and to downtown Charleston. We enjoyed both. There’s a Publix 3min away and a Walmart 10min away which I used to order groceries online and picked-up on Sunday evening after we arrived. Krista responded to my questions quickly and even dropped by to bring us a new ping-pong net that had broken prior to our arrival. I whole-heartedly recommend Krista’s home.

Perfect place for a family gathering

A great place to get together with family from all over the country. We decided to meet in SC. Family coming from CO, FL, and MA. Spacious and meticulously decorated, furnished and stocked, Krista's home is great and she is an excellent host. I HIGHLY recommend this property!

Perfect for reunion of friends!

5 couples from different areas met to spend a long weekend in the Charleston Area and this house could not have been more perfect! Our main priority was having 5 king beds-one for each couple but this house exceeded our expectations! The house is super clean, beautiful, and fully stocked! Checking in and out was the easiest VRBO experience we've had. The location of this house is perfect-in Mt. Pleasant so easy drive to the beach and downtown Charleston and 2 mins from Shem Creek! We highly recommend this listing!
