"Lots of space with activities for 18 month old to 64 yr old grandparents Both indoor and outdoor.This property is very maintained and clean!! Enjoying the hot tub after a day of hiking at Hocking Hills was relaxing. We loved the view from the deck and relaxed on the back porch on the glider. Beds were comfortable! Jereme was very accommodating when asked if there was a crock pot on the premises he had a new one waiting when we arrived. All agreed that we would stay there again "

"We had a great time staying the evenings at the property while being close enough to hike all of the Hocking Hills trails and check out local attractions during the day. The hot tub and back deck glider were the perfect way to end the day. We couldn’t figure out how to use the fireplace but did manage to use the hot tub and kitchen just fine! Would definitely stay again! Settlers Roost was the best due to being at the end of the lane so no traffic coming in or out."

"It was everything I wanted it to be for a sisters weekend getaway. The home was so beautiful with many great surprises. It was a very comfortable home and I will definitely recommend it to family and friends."

"Our stay at the Cozy Cabin was wonderful. The space was clean, bright, and well thought out. We had great space to prepare and share meals, relax, and play games indoors and on the wrap-around porch. The home was close to town, but felt secluded nestled in the woods. It was a perfect space to relax and enjoy nature. We would absolutely stay again. "

"Basic needs meet. I could make some recommendations for a better stay like : shortening the shower curtain so its not dragging inside the shower to trip on and a differnet shower head (theres no escaping being constantly sprayed in the face), the hot tub top basically falls out the aide of the balconey if you are not careful, and the bedroom needs a bedside lamp . "

"The building is charming and clean and location is beautiful, but the structure is a bit quirky w BR and the only BA on first floor, kitchen & LR on 2nd and additional sleeping space on 3rd (late night bathroom visits are potentially awkward as climbing steps may be, especially for elderly. No problem for just wife and I.My biggest gripe is communication as the host responded to questions, but I wasn't notified and didn't know he replied until I inadvertantly saw the reply days later. A few more...
