"This is a wonderful little gem hidden back in the woods. Beautiful water areas and a nice little rustic cabin and pavilion. If you need a little getaway that is close to many other places this is perfect. "

"Our family stayed at the home coming into Wichita for a family graduation. It was clean and had plenty of things to keep us occupied. The pool and out door area were great as well the basement had lost of games. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful home. "

"Booked for my daughters 17th bday, stayed with 4 daughters. It was St pattys day weekend so was very loud from the bar below as expected. Parking was difficult however the host responded with advice right away and ended up being not a big deal at all! The loft was beautifully decorated. The b day girl loved the hanging bed ! Would stay here again !!!"

"We enjoyed our stay here. My husband, daughter, in laws, and I stayed here for our son’s graduation from Friends University. It was an older place but was kept up well. It had some nice character. We were able to do the cooking we needed to do there for the reception at a local church. There were a couple things that needed attention but an overall good stay. "

"The descriptions, and the house are exactly as described. The neighborhood is quiet and most conveniences are a really short drive away.Myranda was quick to respond to any questions we had and easy to work with for check in. Her detailed descriptions of how things in the house work were perfect.The kitchen is well stocked with whatever you might have forgotten. "This is a cute house in the wonderful college hill area. It was near everywhere we wanted to go while in town. Also close enough to downtown. There a nice workout room and great coffee and hot tea selection."

"Great location, very nicely furnished unit! Sapphire is at the east end of Dover Beach so not a lot of extra traffic walking through on the beach. It's also just a few blocks from a lot of restaurants at St. Lawrence Gap. Close enough for a short walk but far right away from any noise. The Dover Market is nearby for any grocery items but we also walked up the the Massy supermarket in Worthing. It was probably a 30 minute walk which let us scout out restaurants for the week. "We absolutely love this home and the host was amazing! We visit Wichita often as our daughter and granddaughters live here and this is the best place we have stayed in Wichita. Do yourself a favor and choose this one! There is an upstairs bedroom that is HUGE!! Washer and dryer on site. A futon that came in handy for one of my granddaughters that is a sleepwalker that we didn’t want upstairs. Absolute best!!"
