"When we first arrived the host made us check in on a computer. I did not care for this. Call me old schooled but I like checking in with someone. We had no clue what we were doing. Then when you need supplies or information, everything is on an app. You cannot talk to anyone anymore. Don’t care for that. Other than that the place wasn’t bad and the location was good."

"Great little place not far from downtown. Clean apartment and a comfortable bed. Daughter slept on the couch and said it wasn't too bad. Everything worked as expected with no issues. Can hear people walking up the steps from time to time but overall pretty quiet. Took some time to find a parking spot but not the host's fault. Overall a great experience and would stay again."

"Ali is an excellent communicator! He answered any question I had quickly and accurately, really appreciated that since this was our first time using this system to book a place to stay. There was a slight hiccup with the key and room number but was very quickly (3 minutes at most) sorted out by Ali. Nice place for the price and really felt safe in this neighbor hood. Easy to walk to grocery store and other ammenities. I would definitely stay there again should I visit Oak Park again. Thank...
