"Amazing property. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Kitchen, living room, laundry and dining room on every floor. Luxurious bedrooms. A beautiful old mansion. In the heart of Springfield. Every amenity you could imagine. We had an amazingly wonderful weekend of sharing and church family time."

"This was a nicely decorate home with plenty of space for our girls weekend. There was so much room to sleep quite a few people - would be great for a group of families and a lot of fun for kids. Would highly recommend this stay! Just not, parking is limited "

"It was a very clean and comfortable place to stay and quite adequate for our needs. As a senior, the 35-steps straight up to he 3rd floor were quite difficult. Great downtown location. The parking was fine for us but downtown wasn't very busy when we were there so we had no problem finding a parking space for the night time. "

"We loved our stay. David was such a generous host. We had a unique situation where we were in town for a family emergency. David was kind, empathetic, flexible, generous and accommodating. We can’t thank him enough. We will be visiting Decatur again over the next few years and hope to stay on this property. It is really close to Millikin University which was a huge bonus. "
