"We arrived earlier than expected. We were able to get in but not into our room. We really need restroom but there isn’t one outside of the rooms. We sent a message asking if we could get in but never received a response. Our room was comfortable. Getting in and out of the tub shower was challenging for me as I have short legs. The community sitting room is comfortable. No decaf tea or coffee available. Good location just under 1/2 mile to OSF. Would consider staying again as long as we...

"Very straight forward, reliably clean and comfortable. The location is a little set apart from the main street of Ashland but the quick trip made it worth it to have a newer, cleaner room. Every member of the staff was perfectly accommodating. I would stay here again for sure."

"We did a last minute trip to Ashland to see a few plays this past weekend. Susan and Adam the owners were wonderful hosts and very friendly. We left early in the AM of our check out date and was going to miss the scheduled 9am breakfast. Susan and Adam had a to go plate of the pastry being served that morning along with some berries to take on our drive home. This was a very nice surprise. We plan to go back and stay with them again,. "

"We stay here for the Scott Valley Wide Yard Sales. We were staying in Yreka but the homelessness has gotten out of hand. Callahans is in a great location close to Ashland, Medford and Yreka. It has beautiful valley views, large clean rooms. We will see you same time next year."

"Good breakfast, friendly staff, good amenities, Chairs in room squeaked annoyingly and sugar ants were visible on white tiled bathroom floor. Lovely landscaping. I did not use the pool or spa but they looked very nice."

"Bard is convenient to downtown restaurants and theater. Staff was great. Only issue was water tap in our room was reversed. Plumbers need to do better!"

"It is a beautiful property. We stayed in the little trailer, glamp cottage and it was so cute. Also enjoyed the private hot tub provided. We did some wine tasting, a flight of white and a flight of reds and enjoyed their fabulous cork and fork dinner. The location is beautiful. My travelling companion said if she didn’t know better she would think she was in Switzerland."

"Small but mighty is how I would describe the Timbers Inn. It suited our needs which was a comfortable bed to sleep in and close but not right in the middle of Ashland. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. We could tell there have been some improvements were recently made. Our only regret was the swimming pool was not ready during the heatwave occurring on our arrival. "
