"The house is located in an ideal location to get to the college. We loved the house it has a very cool original 70's vibe, very well kept up. Lots of space for everyone, comfortable, big bedrooms , very comfy beds. There is a beautiful glassed in sunroom which made socializing very nice. "

The neighborhood is quiet and most conveniences are a really short drive away.Myranda was quick to respond to any questions we had and easy to work with for check in. "Came out with the family from Texas to watch daughter graduate from college and the place was perfect for our needs. There was a total of 10 people that joined and had plenty of space. Clean, relaxing and roomy would definitely come back and definitely recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing time with the family."

"It was a great property for what we needed! A large gathering space for family to stay out of the way of the parents of the brides house! Needs a bathroom in the basement if at all possible and replace the futon with another couch? My daughter said it shouldn’t be counted as a sleeping spot"

"This beautiful home is great for large groups, or multiple families. Very clean, plenty of linens, cleaning supplies and necessities. The backyard is very spacious with a Wonderful, screened back porch with plenty of seating for the whole group. "Clean and relaxing. We are farmers so this made us feel right at home. Yard is beautiful. TV didn't have very many channels to watch so bring your passwords if you want to watch something besides news. Would stay again."

"Me, my fiance, and our five children made a short trip to Hutchinson on spring break to visit the Cosmosphere. This house was beautiful and fit all of us comfortably. I loved its location too - quiet neighborhood that's close to pretty much anything you could want. We loved our mini vacation!"

"Our family was attending our grandson's college graduation. When we were looking for a place to stay during our visit we were unable to find housing close to the college at a reasonable price. We chose to look at VRBO properties in reasonable distance to the college. We found this home to be ideal for us. Everything worked out perfectly.
