"Stunning rooms, but let down by unprofessional and inconsistent service. I recently stayed at this hotel , sea view suite in £180 per night, and while the property itself is aesthetically pleasing and the rooms are genuinely lovely, the breakfast experience was a significant disappointment. As someone who has stayed in over 800 hotels globally, I understand the importance of local service etiquette. However, the service here was far below what is expected for a property at this price point...

"Room was amazing, super king size bed, coffee,hot chocolate and tea available, but no milk, breakfast was superb, you get to choose when you arrive, staff where brilliant throughout our stay, so close to all the amenities, shops , restaurants and the pier, would recommend snooze to everyone, we will be back ."

"Lovely large room and decent sized shower room. Free parking was a big plus point. Plenty of choice on the tea / coffee tray. Staff were helpful and courteous. Breakfast for my personal taste was a little underwhelming, large plate with only one item of each, and a poorly cooked poached egg. Good choice of cereals and yoghurts. Nice to have a cafetiere for the morning coffee. All in all though, I / we will be staying here again if in the area as it provides really good value for money in...

"Great welcome to the property and given advice on offers of where to eat. Room was spacious, outlook was onto car park but we don’t spend much time in there and hadn’t booked a sea view so that was fine. We were given a pass for parking. Short walk to theatre. Nathan is a lovely host, couldn’t have been made more welcome. Well done to him running the B & B on his own."

"Stayed in the deluxe room and at over £100 for the night with no breakfast, I did expect better. Drain in the shower had smell on arrival, but sorted quickly. Went to get into bed that night and the frame the mattress sits on came away from the frame and collapsed, so at had to "re-make" the bed. Morning noticed in the shower that there was black around the shower hose and dials and also ran out of toilet paper in the night (silly dispenser type thing on wall) with no spares. "I really enjoyed my stay. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the sea and the town. The room was very clean and had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable. I loved the warm welcome and the breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend staying here."

"Limited parking at hotel but could have reserved a space when we arrived. Our room had a good sea view overlooking the bay. There is a reception desk open all day, very friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Will certainly book again "

A bit of edging and a decent colour would make the a lot nicer. Not sure if the sideboard supposed to have distressed look? But was not very well done. We were supposed to have a garden view?
