"It was a beautiful setting. The house was very clean a little perfumey for me and the floors popped and cracked when you walked on them. So a little noisy at night time, if you're a light sleeper. But otherwise, a beautiful property would have loved to took advantage of the pool and the ponds."

"We have a front-wheel-drive mid-size sedan and had no issues getting in and out of the property. It is a little rough, but it can be done. Our bed in the loft was so comfy. We opened the windows and slept so well. If you have any issues climbing, it's not for you. My son can't climb ladders, so we put him on the fold-out couch area, and he said he slept great. The ladder we had to put outside on the porch because it fell off and hit me. It needs to be a little more secure. That happened before...

"Our family had a wonderful time during our stay this past weekend. We stayed four days and we were able to get around to where we needed to fairly quickly. The villa is beautiful and picturesque with the lake and forest views. Josh was awesome and was very responsive with updates and requests we had while there. 10/10 recommend!"

"Our stay was wonderful! Clean and quiet, it was so nice spending the evenings unwinding listening to the creek flowing while enjoying the hot tub. Perfect to get away from it all and enjoy the beauty of nature, while also being close enough to have days full of adventure in Gatlinburg and the Smokey mountain national park!"
