"The hotel is in the middle of renovation so much of it was not in great shape. There was no lobby available and doors had tape around the handles. The room was tiny, but the furniture and bathroom fixtures are all new and clean. But there was no one at the desk when we arrived and later we were unable to get extra towels (the bathroom only had two skimpy ones) from the desk person. "This was my second time at Bonsejour and I was hoping to get the same room as previously. We didn’t realize that we had to share the bathroom with another room. It would have been great to have that information beforehand. It’s an inconvenience to walk out of the room with all towels and toiletries and walk the hallway without slippers.
