"Staff service, hotel design, awesome coffee machine at the foyer. It was the best coffee I had during my entire trip. Free laundry. Staff delivered our luggage to our rooms."

"This is a great rental with lots to do in the immediate area around the property. The house was very nice and the layout worked for us. I would highly recommend this location for 2 couples or 4 people wanting to stay in Kyoto. The beds were a little hard but that's the only complaint I have. "

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating throughout my visit. There was a small issue with my room upon arrival, but it was handled quickly and professionally, and the change truly improved my overall experience.
I really appreciated the amenities and the layout of the room — it was spacious, thoughtfully designed, and very comfortable. The welcome sake was a lovely touch and added to the social, traveler-friendly atmosphere of the hotel.

"An amazing apartment. Located in the center of Kyoto. The Manager of the Hotel was very friendly and helpful. Assisted with many things- renting bikes, shipping luggage. Very service minded.
A very quiet place in the evening. Highly recommended

"Beautiful house with great design in really great neighborhood.
For us it was okay but the stairs were very steep so keep that in mind.
The bathroom is outside so not sure how comfortable this is in the winter. But it was a nicely designed bathroom and the foot bath is a great feature after a long day of walking. "
