"The room was spacious with 2 individual beds and a bunk bed for the kids, small kitchenette and efficient bathroom. The hotel offers a wide variety of amenities and loaner items in case you forgot something. The hotel is located within 10 minutes from. Nijo castle and a subway station. Bus 29 stops in front of Nijo castle and takes you to Kinkaku-ji temple. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We stayed 4 nights. Location was great but since we stayed less than 6 nights they didn’t do room service which was sort of a let down. Having to wash your towels and stack bags of garbage was not the greatest but it’s a limited staffed counter with remote check in/check out access so just be prepared with that in mind. There was one staff at the counter in the mornings but we didn’t have much interaction with him. Oh, and be prepared for the loads of laundry to take several hours to...

"The staff were great! Helped me book a medical massage and giving great information on to visit. Staff very accommodating and nice. Overall I couldn’t ask for a better hotel and staff!"

"If you’re looking for a quiet hotel with a larger spaced room this is perfect. Central location close to the markets and subway/trains.
We stayed for 5 nights and loved it. The shower pressure was amazing. Would recommend."
