"We love staying at the Holiday Inn Newcastle. Its clean, modern, hospitality and local to shops and other amenities. Overall I would return knowing we’ll receive the same level of service, venue standards and hospitality. Only small downsides is cost of parking and variety of breakfast options."

"I took my own food to microwave for dinner but there is full sized fridge for a longer stay. I asked for a walk in shower (as opposed to shower over bath) and they fulfilled my request.
