"Best host ever. SOOOO KIND.Perfectly, in the middle of nowhere away from the noise and peaceful with cowbells in the distance. Take your food with you. There are no stores or pharmacies near and the drive to the chalet is treacherous with switchbacks. The restaurant Griselda? had wonderful owners and staff and is 5 minutes by car. "Lovely apart hotel in Dolonne, a quiet location. The rooms are excellent, spotless and so very comfy. Staff were lovely and very accommodating. Only a couple of negatives, one is the ongoing works which means workmen start at 8am (on one day it was 7) and continue through to usually 5pm but one night it was 8pm. "Lovely clean room with fresh towels, etc. Modern room and en suite, shower was great, bedding nice cotton sheets. It would be better if it had a fridge. It had a fan, as we were there during a heatwave, and we were thankful for it, though it was still roasting. Very central - ideal for cafes, restaurants, shopping etc. Parking is not available at the property, so we ended up parking some distance from the propy, and obviously had to make sure we got back before the ticket ran out."
