"The view of the lake was beautiful! There were multiple common areas to sit and relax. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The room had a nice balcony overlooking the lake. Plenty of space, including a microwave, mini fridge and sofa. The room is very dated visually but everything is fully functional and accessible."

"Always our option for travel to blue ridge as it’s close to everything, safe, clean, and consistent. Parking is also easy. The rooftop bar area is nice and their breakfast has a variety of options. "

"The front desk receptionists are excepcional!!! The hotel is clean, breakfast has good variety of food (eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt, biscuits, fruits, oatmeal, and granola bars). I picked a 1 King size bedroom and it was nice and spacious. Since the hotel is sitting on a hill, the front has benches with an outlook towards the mountains which look beautiful!"

He provided some helpful hints as we were traveling over to Brevard and then the Smoky Mnts. - such as, sites to visit and scenic drives. Enjoyed visiting with him. "Very nice staff! There was a glitch in the phone number when we tried to assist a guest checking in late. A person was there but the phone cinnection didn't work. She gave us an alternate number. Everything worked out just fine in the end."
