"Advised host 4 days prior to stay that we were concerned about incoming weather. After watching weather channel it was decided that we didn’t want to take a chance . Shared Weather Channel information . Host indicated that she had a strict cancellation policy even after sharing our justification for not arriving. Host didn’t issue any refund even after providing the weather channel information. The four other families also traveling hosts refunded portions of their 1,220 due to information...

"I didn’t know where exactly the place was? It was dark. I didn’t expect to be on a gravel, so I was a little worried. The host was great. She continued to guide me to the cottage. Now I pick at myself for being bougie and when saw the place. I was IN the Bayou! The place was cute. Loved it!!! Peaceful wish I could’ve stayed longer. Will be back!!"
