"This was my first time visiting Breckenridge. The property is quite large with beach access. The house is well equipped with everything you need to be comfortable. Plenty of beds. Wrap around porch and upstairs balcony. Right on the water. Very clean and well put together. 2 bathrooms. Stacy was very helpful in instructions prior to checking in. You really don’t need to bring much when visiting this property, just whatever you plan on eating or drinking. Everything else is provided. Great job!"

"I very much enjoyed our stay at cabin #4. It was a very basic setup inside the cabin, yet comfortable. Had everything we needed. The best part was the private dock, where we enjoyed a full day of fishing. The scenery was beautiful as well. We enjoyed a few hikes, getting to know the landscape while we were there. Overall a beautiful & peaceful escape from the city life."

"I was in Breckenridge because my father had just died. We needed some space for family to stay and I was very happy to find a house where we could all stay together. Karen was a wonderful host with great communication. I booked the house twice in a two-week period. She checked with me to make sure the second booking wasn’t a mistake. The home is a beautiful step back in time and was perfect for those of us who had memories of that era. Thanks, Karen, for providing your home in a very small town....

"Our first time to stay in treehouse type VRBO and we were pleasantly surprised with this experience. David has done an amazing job to create the perfect setting for peace and relaxation.
