The hotel was very dirty the walls, carpet and furniture were in desperate need of cleaning. The elevator was very scary, some rooms had no door handle, the lobby restrooms smelled so bad for almost 2 days straight, and its smelled like musty cigarettes. The whole hotel needs updating it looks nothing like the pics posted

We had a wonderful stay at the Giacomo Hotel in Niagara Falls! Everything was very clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect. It was within walking distance of most of the major attractions, which made exploring the area so convenient. We also loved the sky view for an indoor option to see the fireworks with the dogs.
The hotel is dog-friendly, which was a huge plus for us, and the breakfast had a great selection with plenty of options. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and we really appreciated having secure parking available. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay at the Giacomo again when visiting Niagara Falls!
