"This was a clean, well-equipped and comfortable apartment. The location is good but does require a car to explore the city and pick up groceries. Parking was easy and free. The balcony was a nice place to sit as the temperature got warmer. Air conditioning was very effective. Would stay again."

"This place is awesome, not my first stay, only reason i gave 1 star for cleanliness was totally not due to the host!!! Severe storms had came through shortly before our arrival, leaving the road to property inaccessible, and no power at the home. Therefore the cleaning crew could not get to addressing the issues from prior guests in a timely manner. BUT....the host got them there asap, and the cleaning crew was awesome, sympathetic, and did a wonderful job!! Like i said, not my first time...

"Overall the property was great, very clean inside, and this is a must in my mind. We don't do dirty. The home is very cute and great proximity to the lake, breweries, and spots for food. We only had short stay over a weekend but would love to go back for longer stay. Only things I would recommend is getting all the cob webs and saw dust cleaned up around the front door before guests arrive. "This house is everything shown in the listing and more! We were so thrilled to get to stay here for two days and spend time splashing in the water, relaxing in the hot tub, and chatting around the fire pit. "The location of the cabin and surrounding area are beautiful. The veiws from the living room and deck are amazing. The gameroom was enjoyed by everyone. The kitchen needs some deep cleaning and organizing. The bathroom door sticks andIt's easy to get locked in. The entry codes that were given prior to arrival did not work. Its very family friendly. We enjoyed our time here and would come back again. it is eas to get locked in thethroom. "

We stayed with a group of 25 people, and it had everything we needed—from plenty of beds and towels to more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable.Dan, the host, was fantastic—super communicative and responsive. We took advantage of the private dock and covered slip, as well as the neighborhood boat ramp. Kaleigh was very nice and answered my questions in record time.
