"Absolutely loved this place!! Everything they said it was a more! Could not recommend more! It’s beautiful safe cozy and welcoming. Personally I went to do laundry while I was there had to run to town real quick and when I got back ALL my clothes were dried and folded. How awesome is that???? It’s the little things in hospitality. 5 starts because 10 isn’t an option."

"Our stay in Natchitoches was made wonderful by the cute little bungalow that we rented. The location can’t be beat just steps away from the quaint little Riverside shopping area. The decor was spot on, so unique and interesting and perfect for the age of the home. Janice our host Was so gracious and communicated clearly with us. You won’t regret staying here."

"We really enjoyed the peace and quiet. The view of the lake was incredible. It was a good 20 minutes into Natchitoches but the drive was through the country so the scenery was great.The is very comfortable. The bed was great. Live all the ceiling fans!We would definitely stay here again!"

"The house was fantastic. The drive to the house was beautiful, and there were trails to hike and swim holes in the river within a short distance. The house had plenty of space, is eclectic and fun, well decorated but livable at the same time.Nice kitchen with anything you may need. It was hot while we were there so we did not get to use the outdoor areas as much as we would have liked. There is a huge screened porch /patio that would be perfect in cooler weather. "We enjoyed being in the middle of nature, right next to a pond, that is connected to Rodemacher Lake. In the evening and night the frogs were singing their orchestra, and you wake up with birds singing. If you like this, then this is your place. If you don't like bugs, then this might be challenging. The cabin is equipped with all you need. It is a little outdated, but that fits the location."
