"WOW!!! I love that the room had hardwood floor! Upon entering it SMELLED CLEAN!! 😍 They had the A/C on so that was another bonus because it was warm but it did not have that smell when the unit is old or that stale smell! Bedding was clean and LOVE how they embraced going green! The staff was very helpful and friendly! I’m super impressed! Would I recommend this hotel… I already have to multiple drivers 😂 I’m never staying at a holiday inn again 😂"

"I'm not sure how this place had such good ratings. I booked a room and did not realize it was a "smoking" room. Is that even a THING anymore? anyway I can NOT be in a smoking room due to health reasons. The motel was not fully booked. I asked to be moved. The girl said she cant move the room in the system for some reason. I decided to try the room. WOW that was terrible and I have no idea how anyone sleeps in there. I only opened the door a second. "Parking was good, breakfast was decent for continental style breakfast. Only issue was toilet was leaking on floor when flushed. "

"Hampton Inn in Ukiah is in a very good location. We enjoyed staying there. The only thing is house keeping will clean your room every other day. If you stay just 2 nights, no housekeeping. "

"This was a one night stay on a very long trip. This place has some issues.Homeless people wandering around the parking lot at all hours, my sink was stopped up and wouldn’t drain. I told the clerk and he said it would be repaired. But it was unsettling to wake up at 3:00 am and see someone looking at your motorcycle at such an hour. I would pay more and not stay here again. Nothing really happened but it was unsettling."

Wish they would have had a fitness room that wasn’t the gym across the street… location is excellent. Near lots of trails and right in town (but still secluded by a beautiful creek!). "Friendly staff and allowed for late check in! Very clean"

"The tile in the bathroom was terribly discolored and the shower curtain was awful. Breakfast does not started until 7 on the weekend and it was late. We had to eat what was available."

"Cabin was very clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. It rained and they normally lock the pool and hot tub when it rains, but they were super accomadating and unlocked the hot tub for us."
