"We came for my son’s 17th birthday week and it was perfect!!!! A few friends and some family so we needed plenty of room which it had. I cooked a lot and the kitchen was adequately stocked with kitchen ware for every big meal. The view was breathtaking and amazing. The property was quiet and relaxing with fun wildlife wandering around. I give this property a 5 star for sure. However to be 100% honest the driveway was not great for our boat. We have a nearly 26’ Centurion with a triple axle...

"Great private retreat. Comfortable, cozy with a great kitchen where we baked fresh fruit pies, cornbread and chili. It was relaxing and we really appreciated the privacy. "

"House was in a great location - fishing 10 to 15 min, shopping 5 min. Fantastic. The house was big and set up well, beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. The yard was big and fully fenced for our little dog we brought with us. We were there for 6 days and would most definitely stay again. It's a great place "

"Enjoyed our stay. Kitchen had what we needed to fix meals. The beds were clean and comfortable. "

"We had an excellent three nights, enjoying the quiet neighborhood and the proximity to Lassen NP. We cooked breakfasts and dinners in the house. The lockbox worked extremely well, once we had the code."

"The hosts were very responsive to several special requests we had during our stay. The house is absolutely beautiful and the setting on the river is perfect. The fish are plentiful and the wildlife is abundant, we saw the otters!"

"The house is very pleasant, clean and the location close to Mt Lassen is superb. We had a wonderful time while staying here. There was a minor hiccup with the lock box password but we were able to contact the host and get it fixed."

"Another fabulous stay at Whitmore Falls, with perfect weather and the best hosts anywhere. We swam; we jumped; we lounged; we picked and ate fresh veggies from the garden; we fed the goats and horses; we stargazed; we slept soundly; and we enjoyed every minute! "
