Apartment in the old hamlet, where the restaurant is located, and about 500 meters from the farmhouse and swimming pool.
The 80 square meter apartment is located on the ground floor, and is on two levels. It has five beds. A double room with four-poster bed, a double room with two single beds and a single room. Eat-in kitchen. Bathroom with a shower.
Air conditioning.

The price includes gas, water, electricity, bed linen and towels, final cleaning, Wi-Fi included. Welcome surprise in the high season that the farmhouse offers.
Not included and to be paid on the spot: Refundable security deposit € 100, heating € 5 / mc. Tourist tax € 1 / person / day, max. 6 days, children under 14 years free.

This beautiful vineyard and resort dominates a beautiful landscape of vineyards, olive groves, corn fields and cypress trees that are typical of Tuscany, especially the Florentine hills of Montespertoli. The farmhouse from the 15th It stretches over 500 hectares and produces 6 different types of wine and olive oil. For this reason, this property creates all the characteristics of the Tuscan countryside and offers an ideal location for a completely relaxing holiday.

We have 16 apartments in several old barns and restored cottages. 2 apartments are located in the farmhouse next to the pool (14x7, open from May to October), 10 are located in the small hamlet where the restaurant is located, 500 meters from the pool. Another 4 apartments are located in another farmhouse 200 meters from the restaurant and the pool. The apartments are furnished with special care to the comfort of the guests.
The farmhouse organizes wine tasting tours as well as a visit to the cellar.
On the estate guests will also find a small museum of old cars ".

At guests' disposal a barbecue, internet wi-fi connection, washing machine, children's playground.

The location is ideal for visiting most art centers such as Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Siena, San Gimignano and Volterra.

Beautiful farm/winery. Rooms as shown. Must have car. Two great restaurants you can walk to but they don’t open until 7:30. It’s not a B&B so be sure to take groceries, coffee, water, paper towels or napkins. It’s 6 Km from a grocery store. Wine tasting was wonderful. Owner lives off the property so was a little slow to respond on some things, but it was the end of high season, only a few guests. We stayed 4 nights and easily drove to Pisa and a few small towns nearby. View and pool are amazing!!

Loved our Stay!

The apartment looks just like the pictures. It was clean and the perfect size for our family of 5. It is in a beautiful location and is a great option if you have a car. We enjoyed the wine tour and tasting as well! We will definitely stay here again when we come back!

Sehr nettes familiengeführtes Weingut mit kleinen Wohneinheiten, alles sehr einfach gehalten, aber sauber und komfortabel. Pool ist in 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen, 2 wirklich schöne Restaurants mit traumhafter Kulisse fussläufig in der Nähe. Nette Sitzmöglichkeiten, Sehenswürdigkeiten sind per Auto gut zu erreichen. Weintasting ist inklusive und so toll, sollte man unbedingt mitmachen!

Family of 5 from Ireland 3-11th July 2024

Wonderful stay. Checkin was straightforward with Monica making us feel at ease instantly. We stayed in the Villas for eight nights in early July and found it wonderful. The rooms were spacious, with excellent air conditioning, stunning views, and ample storage space. The bathroom featured a gas shower that heated up in just 30-60 seconds. The accommodation felt very traditional, giving us the experience of living in an authentic Tuscan home. The kitchen was adequately equipped but lacked an oven. We enjoyed using the BBQ in the communal garden. Most of our meals were eaten outside, taking advantage of the beautiful weather and views, as well as the friendly atmosphere created by the other guests. There are two restaurants within a two-minute walk; and the swimming pool is a 10-15 minute walk from the Villas. Being fair-skinned and unaccustomed to the heat, we chose to drive, while other guests preferred to walk. We loved hearing the church bells ring and often looked up to watch planes flying overhead en route to Florence, guessing which country they came from. During our stay, we had a wonderful wine-tasting tour with Monica, who made the experience memorable. We learned a lot about wines, winemaking, and the region. Thank you, Monica, for an unforgettable afternoon of wine tasting in Tuscany. The property's location allowed us to travel easily to nearby supermarkets, just 3-4 kilometers away. We also took day trips to Florence and Siena for sightseeing.

rustic and remote

In the middle of the countryside. Nice base for Pisa Florence and Sienna if you have a car. Apartment was clean comfortable and a little rustic. beds comfortable. Beautiful views. Good restaurant near by for meat lovers,,and another for pizza n pasta. I will try to get back again someday,

Toskana von der schönen Seite

Rustikale, kleine gemütliche Wohneinheit, ideal für die Familie. Nützlich und funktionell eingerichtet. Dörflich und sehr ruhig gelegen. Gute Pizzeria in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Zum Pool bzw. zum Weingut etwa 10 min zu gehen. Poolanlage sehr gepflegt. Die Weinprobe mit Besichtigung und anschl. Kutschenfahrt war informativ und hat viel Spaß gemacht (ohne Aufpreis). Monica, unsere Ansprechpartnerin war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Von Montespertoli sind Pisa und Siena in einer Stunde zu erreichen, Florenz in etwa 30 min. Also rundum alles gut!

Great location

We enjoyed the stay, the location is great and the staff is friendly and helpful. The house we had is a bit far away from the facilities if you travel with smaller children, but it worked for us
