"Great location; didn’t use the shuttle from the airport because o arrived very late- almost midnight -wonder if a shuttle can be prearranged; I just took a taxi and know of others who walked to the hotel because it was daylight. The room was a bit small; however I was there just one night and was able to easily walk to the tram station to get to the main train station."

"The staff of Hotel David is amazing So helpful and accommodating I really appreciate them! The hotel itself is located right outside the ZTL and includes parking which is a huge plus. It is also super clean the room we stayed it is the biggest we have in a Europe hotel. They have complementary breakfast and Apperitivo. It was a great stayed and I appreciate the kindness of the staff"

"En marchant quelques minutes on arrive à la gare de tram pour aller rapidement dans le centre de Florence. Cet hôtel est donc plutôt bien situé hors ZTL, La rue qui passe juste devant est un peu bruyante avec la circulation mais rien de grave. Buffet de petit déjeuner de qualité…mais il fait très chaud dans la salle. Chambre très bien même si la salle de bain mériterait un rafraîchissement."

"Our family of 5 had a wonderful 4 night stay in the main building (kids ages 10,12,14). It’s a converted very old Villa that has been nicely renovated and the room sizes were generous; it was so charming! We really appreciated the pool after hot afternoons walking in the crowded city and museums. The neighborhood is just outside the Boboli Garden two blocks from the Roman Gate but felt like we were staying miles away from the busy, crowded city streets. "The Villa Neroli was exceptionally clean and inviting. It caters to a little bit more upscale traveler than most of the local hotels that I could compare. Well worth the stay!!!"

"The on-site staff was kind and explained how to reach the city center by bus. The room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. The noise level was minimal but this could be different if traveling during peak season."

The man working the front desk was extremely kind, offered us a bagged breakfast for our early start the next day, coordinated a taxi and gave us helpful information about the train strike. He helped to turn a stressful day into another day that we were able to enjoy on our vacation!"

"The rooms are old with minimal furniture. These are accommodations offered to students and by those standards, the condition is pretty poor, The bed was very high and not comfortable, the size was small and the room comforts were pretty poor considering the tariff Social Hub charged. The only positive thing, I can say is that it has a nice roof top bar. Very disappointed."
