"Room was beautiful and clean with a fridge and water/coffee provided. Room looked to have been recently renovated, bed was very comfortable and we thought a steal for the price. We had booked the apartments on bocca di leone but were placed in a room in the apartments round the corner where reception is on via della Croce it’s only 2 min walk difference. Area is ideal 5 mins from Spanish steps there are shops restaurants and a supermarket on the street which is handy. Only issue we had was the...

"We really enjoyed our stay at Xenia guest house. The rooms were perfectly clean and all of the staff were super friendly. The location was ideal for walking to all of the sites, but it was also very easy to hop on a bus, train, or taxi right outside the property. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Rome!"

"Under the bathroom sink was rubble for work down ( plaster) that i cleaned. The pullout couch sheets were not clean. it took forever to get a brown to clean the room. we were rationed toilette paper, i bought my own and were advised that we would have one set pf towels for a week stay. Thankfully the cleaning lady gave us extra towels,. the front desk was very short and seemed bothered when we asked for direction ( this was our first trip to Rome, Italy and we were celebrating my daughters...

"The property was in a secure classic building conveniently located to all the restaurants.
In addition to your room there is a common area kitchenette with espresso maker you can access anytime. We enjoyed starting our morning with a very good breakfast made to order on the rooftop.
I believe all rooms have an unusual shower placement in the bedroom that is an open glass cube allowing no privacy, this could be awkward or not depending on your travel partner."

"The hotel is the Best hotel in Rome. Every single staff is professional, helpful, kind, and goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. I had an issue with my uber drive and was dropped off at the wrong hotel nearby and the manager and bell man came to pick me up. Just from the beginning of my stay I could tell this hotel was special. The next time I am in Rome I will absolutely stay here. P.s they have a beautiful room this is ancient ruins and guest have access to it. Super charming!!...
