With the beauty of nature as its backdrop, Island Treasure Villas offer its guests a tranquil island escape that provides all the comfort of home with the flair and amenities of a luxury hotel. A stay at this luxurious 3 bed, 2 baths villa provide guests with access to Richmond’s private beach club, golf course, Club House and Infinity pool, Kiddies Park and Sports and Fitness Complex.
Island Treasure Villa is a luxurious destination retreat that is suitable for small families and friends vacating in the area. Our villa sleeps six and comes fully equipped with all the wonderful amenities of home and so much more. All our bedrooms come with an air conditioning unit and our family room is fully equipped with an LED television, complimentary wireless internet and cable.
Island Treasure Villas is located in the gated community known as Richmond that has 24 hour security and 24 hour access to all amenities mentioned. This community has a resort feel to it, which means that you will have all the experiences of staying at a local hotel, while still having the pleasure and feeling as if you are still at home.
Richmond is located in Priory, St. Ann, only 15 minutes away from the hub of down town Ocho Rios and 45 minutes away from Montego Bay, Jamaica’s second city. Our ideal location keeps you in close contact with nature and other scenic and adventurous attractions that are located close by. Such attractions include Jamaica’s most loved and visited Dunn’s River Falls; as well as other entertaining and fun filled destinations such as Dolphin Cove, Green Grotto Cave, Chukka Cove, Mystic Mountain, Seville Great House and Cranbrook Flower Forest, a beautiful and relaxing destination that will keep the whole family entertained.

Island Treasure Villas is a self-serve villa, which means that guests are responsible for taking care of themselves. There is no interaction between guests and the owner or manger unless this interaction is requested.

Island Treasure Villas has an ideal location that is within close proximity to most of Jamaica's famous tourist attractions. These attractions include Dunns River Falls Chukka Cove, and Mystic Mountain. Our neighborhood is so serene, guests can spend countless hours getting lost in the peace and tranquility that is known as Richmond Estate.

Once guests have arrived on the island, we can arrange to have them transported across the island with our chauffer service. If guests do not wish to use this option, they can easily get around by taking a local taxi cab or renting their own personal vehicle.

We liked everything about this property. We stayed for 7 days and felt right at home. We liked that the host left a phone number to be reached in case of anything. We met Alecia the young woman that cleans this property, she stopped by to freshen up the property if needed. No one bothered us, we walked the property went to the grocery store to the pool we enjoyed all this Villa had to offer. I would recommend this property to friends and family. Thank you Alecia for stopping by and checking in on us. We had a great time

Check in process can be improved

I gave a 4 star just because the check in process can be improved, it was not convenient. This was our first family vacation post pandemic lock downs - and my brothers 1st visit back to Jamaica in a little over 30 years so this was a special trip for us - we rented 3 villas in this community for our family. My brother and his wife stayed at this villa and of all 3 villas the check in process for this one was tideous - we stayed a few days in Kingston at a hotel to catch up with family on that side of the island - access to WIFI is limited on the island and we did not want to incur roaming charges on our international phones so we emailed the property manager about our arrival while in Kingston so we could get the check in information for this villa - the response was we will get the information upon arrival ? which I thought was a little off putting because we needed the information in order to arrive to the villa to check in - as stated we had 2 other villas in the same community and we have stayed in this community before in the past so we knew where we going, and figured we would get to one of the other villas and check the email for instructions through WIFI as we did not have a local phone to call - when we got to the gate, we did not have an address for the villa so the security had to give us the address - we found the villa quite easily but did not know how to get into the villa as the security had no further instructions on how to access the villa! - So, we checked into the other 2 villa which was a seamless process as the check in instructions were sent to us 3 days before our arrival with address and steps to access the property. So my brother and his wife could not get settled into their villa until we checked in to the other 2 and got access to WIFI etc. we had to borrow a local phone to call the number for Ms.Alice at which point she gave us the code to access the villa. The check in process can be better as the other 2 villa sent us the information timely and we had no problems accessing those villas as we had address and access code prior to our arrival and could settle in with ease. Apart from this issue - the villa was great, tastefully decorated, my brother and his wife enjoyed their stay tremendously - minor hot water issues but Ms.Alice was easy to get a hold of and addressed their concerns promptly - it was refreshing as mid stay she offered to come and freshen up the villa for them- Great stay all around. Thank You Ms.A
