"What a gem of a hotel, truly 5 stars! Staff was so friendly, helpful, and gave exceptional service. Air conditioning was amazing, beds comfortable, breakfast included, and loved the in room refrigerator that was stocked with drinks, especially on such hot days. Showers had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Located on the heart of Crema, very safe, we enjoyed the bike rentals the hotel arranged for us. Best stay ever!"

"This is the worse Novotel I've ever stayed at. The location was in a bad area with a lot of trash outside of the parking lot. There are insects everywhere in the hotel and flies in the room. We were in floor 1 room 123. When we first checked our room, we noticed the red sheet had dead bugs in it and there were makeup stains. We told check in people and they sent up someone to change the sheets but while he was changing it he kept complaining that he put new sheets initially and he didn't know...

"Positiv: Schönes Frühstücksbüffet, Schönes Lobby, Aufzug, Klimaanlage, Zimmer zum Innenhof war ruhig und angenehm , Gute Erreichbarkeit, Freundliches Personal. Negativ: Unser Bett bzw. Bettdecken waren von Bettwanzen befallen. Nach der Rückkehr haben wir zahlreiche rote Quaddeln am Körper."

"Check on our late arriving flight was very easy and the room incredibly comfortable. Great showers after a long journey and very enjoyable buffet breakfast the next morning with plenty of healthy choices as well as the usual buffet sausage, bacon & eggs if that's your thing. Delicious barista made coffee too. One of the best hotels in an airport district I've stayed in."

"I picked this hotel because it is close to the airport and they have an airport shuttle. Well it probably was one of the worst places I stayed at. Room was so old and dingy. It had a bathtub not a shower when I showered the floor became so soaked and slippery. How can they provide a bathtub only in an airport hotel. The AC was stuck on one temperature and I couldn’t change it to cool down the room. Not to mention the fan was so loud I couldn’t sleep….at the end I turned the whole thing off....
