"Overall perfect except for the yellow-haired at the front desk. I cannot recall his name, but he was by far the worst staff member we encountered. He firmly told us that a late check-out was absolutely impossible because the hotel was supposedly fully booked. Out of curiosity, we checked room availability ..."
