A beautiful apartment overlooking the sea Monte Argentario in Tuscany, along the coast between Porto Santo Stefano and Porto Ercole, in a prestigious luxury residence called "Le Cannelle", right in front of the island of Giglio and Giannutri, Which can be Admired from the terrace of the house. Here you can enioy a peaceful holiday, a few meters from the sea, That is crystal, clear and transparent and the surrounding nature is wild and untouched. The apartment is new, with fine finishes and furnishings, on two levels, complemented by a large terrace, Whose beauty is enhanced by cascades of colorful flowers and succulents, where you can enjoy absolute privacy. The open plan kitchen is new, white and equipped with owen, induction hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. A white staircase leads upstairs where there is a bedroom with double bed, large closet, 50 inch LED TV and bathroom with shower. Each floor is equipped with air conditioned. The apartment is complemented by a large terrace, with cascades of colored flowers and succulents, with absolute privacy, with a large 4 x 3 m umbrella, That When opened Provides shelter from the sun During the hottest hours and Allows you to have lunch being equipped That with a fine walnut table seats up to twelve persons. Fall into the enchanting rhythm of the sea

What a magical week we had here at Paola’s house. The sea in front is gorgeous. Secluded, quiet, feels quintessentially like an Italian holiday from a movie. There are slippery rocks to enter the water, which can be challenging at first, but once we were out there swimming, it was the clearest, most comforting water. A couple days there was high surf, and it was fun to watch the surfers catch waves. The house itself if small but well-equipped. The private patio is the best part of the house. We had many outdoor dinners while the sun set in the distance. Make sure to bring your groceries (and plenty of bottled water since it’s not recommended to drink the tap) and settle in for a relaxing beach vacation. Paola is the perfect host. Kind, communicative, caring. She even tolerated my very bad, very minimal Italian language attempts. If you are looking for dolce far niente, this is it.

Un piccolo Paradiso

Che dire ? La perfezione! Dalla splendida proprietaria che ci ha accolto quando siamo arrivati, all’appartamento che è perfetto in tutto. Una splendida vista sul mare, ed il suono delle onde ci hanno fatto dimenticare la frenesia della nostra città. Siamo stati magnificamente. Una terapia vera e propria.

Amazing Place

My family and I had a great stay by the sea relaxing. Condo was clean bright and private with outdoor space and grill. Great space for family or friends. Right on the water. Beach bar/restaurant had great snacks/ice cream and drinks during the day and great dinners at night again right on the water reasonably priced as well. Love to come back again! Thanks Paola!

A wonderful stay

Excellent location with a superbe host. Paola made our 3 week stay a truly wonderful experience. We really enjoyed it to the fullest: the sea was amazing and clean, the house was up to a high standard and the view from the dining table was unbeatable. The location made a stay with a dog really easy as well. We surely will come back next year.

Wundervoll!

Wir waren für 12 Nächte in dieser schönen Wohnung. Paola die Besitzerin, eine sehr freundliche Frau, hat uns persönlich begrüsst und alles gezeigt und erklärt. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir konnten uns so gut erholen wie selten zuvor. Dieser Ort ist sehr speziell bietet eine wunderschöne Atmosphäre. Wir möchten wieder kommen. Erholsam mitten in der unberührten Natur von Monte Argentario

Zuerst möchte ich mich für den unglaublich herzlichen Empfang bedanken. Obwohl wir mit 3h Verspätung angekommen sind, hat uns die Besitzerin Paola mit offenen Armen empfangen. Sie ist ein Engel! Mein Mann und ich verbrachten zwei Wochen mit seinen Eltern in diesem wunderschönen und bestens ausgestattetem Appartement. Die Ausstattung ist tatsächlich so, als ob man in einer für sich selbst eingerichteten Wohnung leben würde. In der Küche, im Bad aber auch in den Schlafzimmern findet man tatsächlich alles, was man sich wünscht. Mein Mann und ich gehen normalerweise viel auswärts zum Essen. In diesem Fall war die Küche jedoch so gut ausgestattet, dass wir lediglich 3-4 Mal in ein Restaurant gegangen sind. Die Lage ist für alle, die fern der stressigen Städte sich erholen wollen und die Natur geniessen möchten bestens geeignet. Das rauschen der Wellen lädt nicht nur ein mit dem Stand Up Paddle die unberührte Natur der Insel zu erkunden, sonder auch zu Meditieren und zum entspannen. Für Personen, die gerne täglich in die Hafenstädte fahren wollen, ist die Lage nicht effizient. Zumal der Weg zu den Häfen sehr holprig ist. Vom Apartement bis zu den nächsten Häfen ist man etwa 20-30 Min unterwegs. Auf dem Weg begegnet man vor allem in der Dunkelheit der Nach diversen Tierarten, wie Wildschweine und sogar Stachelschweine! Was ich auch gerne anfügen möchte ist, dass es sich hier um eine Hunde-freundliche Unterkunft handelt. Wenn sich also jemand an die Anwesenheit der Hunde oder ihr Bellen stört, ist die Unterkunft eher ungeeignet. Doch für Hundeliebhaber ist es ein reines Paradies! Wir werden bestimmt regelmässig hingehen.

Ein außergewöhnlicher Ort

Suchen Sie Meeresrauschen und dabei etwas abseits des gewöhnlichen zu sein? Dann sind Sie hier richtig. Nur wenige Meter von der Dünung fanden wir hier ein wunderschön in Pinienwälder und Felsen eingebettete Apartmentanlage und innerhalb dieser liegt das Apartment in sich auch mit am abgeschlossensten, da am Rande und nur von einer Seite zugänglich und mit einer uneinsehbaren grossen Terrasse, die großzügig Raum für eine ganze Familie bietet. Wir waren mit einem kleinen Hund dort und zusammen mit einem kleinen Zauntor kann man diesen auch problemlos ohne Leine in derWohnung und auf der Terrasse halten ohne das er weglaufen kann. Hinzu kommt der Balkon, der die Aussicht auf perfekte Sonnenuntergänge gewährt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hell, jedoch auch nicht ganz unempfindlich. Man sieht sofort das diese Wohnung vorwiegend für die Eigennutzung eingerichtet wurde. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön für 2 Paare oder wenn man (wie wir) ältere Kinder dabeihat, da das 2.Schlafzimmer mit Duschbad und eigener Klimaanlage auf der anderen Seite der Terrasse für sich autark ist. Der Parkplatz ist etwas zu laufen. Es empfiehlt sich eher weniger Gepäck dabei zu haben (mehr als T-Shirt, Badehose, FlipFlops und Schnorchelausrüstung braucht man nicht), dann hat man weniger zu tragen. Die Anfahrt ist ein klein wenig abenteuerlich und abgelgen, aber selbst mit einem grossen SUV gut machbar - und das macht es ja auch mit aus. Empfehlung: SUP (für geübte) oder ggf. Surfboard, denn tageweise ist die Bucht entweder gut zu erschnorcheln oder hat schon mal brauchbare Wellen zum surfen. Empfehlung: In Porto Santo Stefano Motorboot leihen und für einen Tag die gesamte Halbinsel bis nach Porto Ercole abfahren. Erst dabei nimmt man die teils spektakuläre Landschaft so richtig wahr! Dabei wird man dann auch feststellen, dass die Anlage die Einzige ist, die direkt und unmittelbar an einer geschützen Bucht liegt! Nicht vergessen sollte man unbedingt Schwimmschuhe (der Kies + Wellen ist bis man drin ist nicht ohne) und ein gutes Moskitospray. Insgesamt ein tolles Fleckchen Erde, was man nicht unbedingt in dieser Gegend von Italien erwartet und der erhoffte charmante Geheimtip den man durchaus als Hideaway bezeichnen kann. Ein gutes Internet ermöglicht auch kurze Arbeitsphasen, wenn erforderlich. Die Gastgeberin ist persönlich zur Übergabe vor Ort gewesen und das Apartment war penibel sauber. Beschrankte Zugänge halten den Zustrom an externen Besuchern überschaubar.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Paolas Apartment ist ein Traum. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist perfekt, genauso wie das Apartment. Das Apartment ist super sauber und gepflegt und es ist alles vorhanden was man sich wünschen kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und Paolas freundliche und hilfsbereite Art hat sehr dazu beigetragen. Man merkt wieviel Liebe und Sorgfalt Sie in diesen besonderen Ort steckt. Das Wasser in der Bucht ist glasklar und lädt zum Schwimmen und Schnorcheln ein. Für uns war es ein wunderbarer Urlaub an einem traumhaften Ort und wir werden bestimmt noch einmal zurück kommen!

War eine tolle Woche viel zu kurz wir hätten noch eine Woche buchen können auch die Landschaft drumherum sehr schön auch zu wandern oder Mountainbike chen und ein tolles Haus was mit allem aus Stoff hier ist es und es fehlt einem an nichts und man genießt morgens mittags abends einfach immer den tollen Ausblick zum Meer

Toller Urlaub

Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet, vor allem die Küche verfügt über viele extras (von Besteck bis verschiedene Töpfe). Das Apartment ist gut klimatisiert und obwohl es nicht groß ist, hat man genug Platz und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten (wir waren 5 Erwachsene und ein Kind). Aus der wunderschönen Terrasse hat man einen mega Blick aufs Wasser/Meer. Es sind nur wenige Stufen zum Strand. Da es ein Kieselstrand ist, sollte man Badeschuhe mitnehmen. Der Kontakt erfolgte auf Englisch und die Besitzerin war jederzeit erreichbar. Sie hatte uns auch einige Tipps von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bis hin zu Ausflügen gegeben. Die Fahrt zum Apartment ist etwas abenteuerlich aber wunderschön. Der Weg ist recht schmal und bietet sehr schöne Aussicht auf die Halbinsel. Die Straße ist anscheinend auch ein Panoramastrasse. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe nicht. Es ist „nur“ 15km entfernt, dafür braucht man aber halbe Stunde Zeit.

A little paradise

We have spent 6 fantastic days in the apartment of Paola. The apartment is so nice and in the kitchen is all, what you need. The terrasse and the balcony are wonderful with nice sunchairs, big umbrella, grill etc. The place is a little paradise of earth. The beach is stony but the water is totally clear. In Santo Stefano you will find a big fishmarket. Paola is a very kind and helpful person. We will to come back.

Incanto e delizia

La baia è incantevole. La casa è deliziosa: arredata con cura e amore. Il patio è il valore aggiunto per godersi il paesaggio, rilassarsi e mangiare (grande griglia). Il mare è a pochi scalini di distanaza. Paola è un’ospite gentile e premurosa con quel tratto dì signorilità ormai raro. Consigliatissima

Il soggiorno rilassante che cercavamo

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana all’insegna del relax, in questa fantastica proprietà dove e’ possibile mangiare e dormire cullati dal rumore del mare. La vicinanza al mare fa si che si possa vivere la vera vita di mare. Paola e’ una ospite fantastica, attenta a tutte le esigenze ed estremamente disponibile. Solo mare e relax

Casa a 30 m dal mare. Curata in ogni minimo dettaglio, barbecue, spazio esterno vivibile ad ogni ora della giornata, un panorama mozzafiato, gli interni della casa molto curati ed accoglienti. Adatta a due coppie di amici con figli. La Sig.ra Paola ci ha accolti personalmente e seguiti con discrezione per tutta la vacanza, una persona squisita.

Das Apartment ist perfekt geeignet für Erholungsurlaub. Der Strand ist zum schwimmen und Schnorcheln wirklich schön - gefallen hat mir dass es vier zusätzliche Strandliegen gibt. Weiter gibt es eine Strandbar welche auch Essen anbietet was bei einem so naturbelassenen abgelegenen Strand ein nettes Extra ist. Die Wohnung und die Einrichtung entspricht ihrem Preis, auch zum kochen ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Hervorheben möchte ich die drei sehr schönen modernen Duschen und die private wunderschöne Terasse. Kleines Manko, die Decken sind mit ca. 1,95m sehr niedrig, ich bin 1,90 und kam gerade noch zurecht. Wir haben mehrere Male frischen Fisch auf dem Balkon gegrillt. Einkaufen und Essen gehen ist in Porto St Stefano möglich welches man in 20 min über eine Serpentinenstraße erreicht. Bis zum Festland benötigt man ca. 30 min.. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Apartment wenn man Badeurlaub machen möchte.

BENVENUTI IN PARADISO

La vacanza perfetta per chi è alla ricerca del relax in un piccolo paradiso. Assaporare la tranquillità, il silenzio e una spiaggia quasi privata, ascoltare il suono del mare infrangersi sugli scogli e godere di una spettacolare volta celeste. Sono alcune delle caratteristiche di questo luogo quasi magico. Oltrepassando la socia di casa si è immersi nei colori smeraldo del mare che non esce mai dalla nostra visuale grazie alla grande finestra del soggiorno. Le stanze sono piccole chicche con tutti i confort necessari ad una vacanza senza pensieri. Gli spazi esterni, incluso un utilissimo barbecue, da cui si gode di una bellissima vista sul mare sono stati il contorno di tutta la nostra vacanza. Ringraziamo i proprietari per la gentilezza, disponibilità e professionalità che hanno dimostrato nei nostri confronti, provvedendo a tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno e molto altro, piccole coccole che fino sempre piacere dopo un lungo viaggio. Abbiamo lasciato su questa spiaggia un pezzo di noi ... GRAZIE.

A little gem overlooking a beautiful secluded beach

Everything about our stay was perfect, from the location, to the beautiful house newly refurbished and with all the necessities, to the hosts who were very kind and always keen on making sure that everything was perfect. The house is the nicest of the bunch of houses on the beach, located at the end of the path with a very private veranda overlooking the bay, this makes it unique as it gave us a lot of privacy but at the same time you’re just 15 feet away from the beach. Getting to the house, if you’re not familiar with the roads, it can be a bit tricky and the roads are very hard to drive in, but it’s worth the efforts. If you’ve got a lot of luggage it’s a bit of an extra effort as there’s a 4 minute steep walk from the parking lot to the house, but for me it was ok. Paola, Giovanna and Paolo are great hosts and super nice. We had a bit of an issue with dishwasher (stopped working on day 1), and the hosts reacted very quickly to ensure the damage was fixed in the shortest time possible. The appliances and furnitures are brand new and everything spotless, so we were just a little bit unlucky. I’d love to return here and I’d recommend this place over and over.

Un angolo di paradiso

Una casa sul mare in un posto incantevole e riservato. Pulizia impeccabile e cura nei dettagli tale che ci si sente a casa propria. La casa è spaziosa e con la depandance e tre bagni permette qualsiasi sistemazione sempre in modo confortevole. I proprietari Gentilissimi e cordialissimi; paola, giovanna e paolo torneremo presto, un abbraccio!

Abbiamo trascorso in questa proprietà una vacanza davvero speciale, perfetta, una casa pulita, dove non manca nulla, molto bella e curata, un mare fantastico, ad accoglierci abbiamo conosciuto Paolo e Giovanna, carinissimi e al bisogno presenti, una vacanza da non dimenticare e...da rifare! “Una settimana da Dio “!!

Siamo una coppia ed abbiamo soggiornato la prima settimana di agosto in questa meravigliosa location. Paola,Giovanna,Carolina e Paolo , le persone che ci hanno accolto, sono stati veramente molto gentili e disponibili in un contesto familiare. L’appartamento dispone di ogni necessità e comodità . Il posto in cui è situato il residence si trova in una zona strategica sia per chi vuole godersi il pieno relax ma allo stesso tempo visitare le zone turistiche adiacenti (Porto S Stefano, Porto Ercole, Le spiagge della Giannella e della Feniglia,le isole del Giglio e Giannutri ). Consigliamo prima di arrivare sul posto comunque di acquistare il necessario di alimentari perché Porto S Stefano che è il primo paese vicino dista comunque una ventina di minuti e il bar sulla spiaggia è abbastanza caro e la gestione non molto alla mano . Vi potrete godere delle bellissime albe( chiare come quelle di Vasco !!😂😍) e tramonti altrettanto favolosi . Siamo davvero contenti di aver assaporato i colori , gli odori, i sapori e la cordialità di questo posto è di questa famiglia !!Che sia un arrivederci ❤️

Beautiful!

Paola's place was in a beautiful part of Monte Argentario and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The house is right on the beach and great for nature lovers. It is located 15-20 mins from the port, so it's better to plan on grocery shopping every few days. Highly recommended!
