Located on a quiet safe street - plenty of distance & privacy from other beautiful homes. Expansive deck with plenty of lounge furniture, Weber grill, and dining table. Front porch looking out to spacious yard with fire pit, volleyball net & hammock. Two 2021 Samsung Smart TVs - 65" and 75"; dependable highest speed internet; outdoor shower; central A/C and heat; mudroom & laundry room; beach chairs & games available.

House is even more attractive than the pictures. The upstairs and deck are wonderful spaces to sit, eat and talk. The kitchen was the best of any we have rented. The surrounding trees and hill give it a very secluded feeling. Not only is it a five minute walk to the beach and town, but a trailhead of Shadmoor State Park is a very pleasant 10 minute walk. The trails there along the bluffs have beautiful views of the ocean and beach. We plan on going back next year.

We were in town for a family wedding. The house was in a great location - walking distance from the town and beach. It was updated and very comfortable. The pictures are an accurate depiction. The house had a great deck and outdoor space. The open floorplan made it a great spot for all being together. Working with the owner was very easy as well - he was very helpful/flexible. Would definitely return!!

My husband passed away a year and a half ago. Montauk was a special place for us. Ralph’s home was the perfect home for my family and to introduce my 3 granddaughters to Montauk! the location was perfect. We walked everywhere except for a few dinners . It was clean and welcoming . Ralph was amazing to work with! We had no issues and we are looking forward to rent again next year!

This home was wonderful. Beautifully decorated and expertly cleaned and new. The best part was the close walking distance to town and ocean and the quiet of being on a dead end private rod so close to it all. We had a heavenly time with our family relaxing, hiking, eating and enjoying all that Montauk and the Hamptons have to offer in the peaceful winter. Thank you so much to our hosts.

We had a great experience here. The location couldn’t have been better (walk to both beach and town). It was extremely spacious and clean for our family of 4 plus 4 grandparents. Ralph the owner of the home was very accessible and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing week! The house was perfect inside and out. The location was prime. Walk to the beach! Walk to town! We have a big family and friends in and out. This house had plenty of bedrooms and lots of couches. Beautiful upstairs with open kitchen and great room with a great deck to relax on. The kitchen had everything you need to cook and enjoy beautiful meals and the lawn was perfect for waffle ball games and a fire with s'mores. See you next year!!

We had the most wonderful time staying here. The house was immaculate and very comfortable. The beach was so close-May be a half a block away. Fortunately, we had beautiful weather and the deck with the 4 lounge chairs was super nice to sit out early morning and enjoy our coffee. Every meal we went out for was excellent. One meal better than the next. We went out to breakfast in the town every morning. That was so enjoyable. There are 2 lplaces for breakfast. (Sorry, not remembering the name). We took a drive to East Hampton and did some shopping. We also went to Sag Harbor to walk around. I would recommend preplanning dinner reservations which I did. We ate at Scarpetta’s and The Mule. There was a small place right in town (walking distance) where we had fish tacos. Our host Ralph was very easy to reach and very responsive. He allowed us to check in early and leave later than checkout time. Of course, it was off season (late April). We had more than enough room so each had our own room. Bathrooms were beautiful. We would like to visit again if we can get it all together again.🤗😎🎉🎊🎂

Proximity to beach and town made this property very convenient. Both inside layout of the house and exterior decks/patio were great for our group of young children and adults. Location of the property on a cul-de-sac made for a quiet stay with very little vehicular traffic.

Location of this place can not be beat. The house is incredible, the pictures do not do it justice. If there was any possibility I could buy this house I would. This will be my go to house for all of my trips to Montauk. Ralph is an incredible host, so responsive and great to work with. If this house is available rent it, you will not regret it. Thanks for everything Ralph!
