"We could not have been more impressed by this cute little lakehouse! It is very well equipped, and has so many great spots to relax and enjoy the gorgeous scenery. We were also able to bring our little dachshund, which is always so appreciated. The hands down best part of this house is its short staircase down to a perfect picturesque beach!! We stayed for 4 days 3 nights, and definitely spent 85 percent of our time relaxing on the beach. The house is also about 15 minutes away from so much...

"Pet friendly but if you are not into pets like me don’t let that scare you off. Very clean and no pet odor at all. The Nest was such a nice place for me and my grandson to stay on our trip in Michigan. Close to the beach and other activities. We really loved having the cafe below us and the food was great! Homemade cinnamon rolls and bread smelled so good and our breakfast meals there were the best. Loved the local vibe and the friendly people working there made us feel so welcome. Will...

"The home was very clean, however the internet was out and had been for at least week prior and there was no communication telling us that until we were checked in. The reason the internet is important is because it is the only way the television worked. In addition, the service for our cell phones was very poor and no Wi-Fi made it impossible to get a signal. Unfortunately, it rained and was cold all day on Tuesday. Before we left for the day my mom had me turn the heat on so when we got back...

"Erick was a phenomenal host with excellent communication with us at check-in and check-out, and as needed throughout. His home is filled with gorgeous pieces of art and artifacts. We found the description of how far it was to the beach to be deceiving -500 steps ended up being at least a 1/3 mile down the road. We never did figure out how to get to the beach by crossing the dunes behind the house, and it was too steep and vigorous of a walk for my 70 year old sister. The toaster was so covered in...
