"When we arrived at the property it is clean and easy to get into with the pin pad. While it is an older building with historical value, it has been upkept and modernized. The stairs getting to the second story may be an issue for people with mobility issues. The location is great as there are multiple options for food and drinks within walking distance. "Had such a great stay here. Was in town for a concert and honestly could’ve stayed another night because the spot was so comfy and clean. I brought my service animal, and she also loved the space and having the private little courtyard."

"A perfect place to stay while helping my son wrap up his first year at OSU. The air conditioning was (surprisingly) a must-have due to temps in Corvallis soaring into the mid-90’s; we were able to relax and enjoy hanging indoors during the heat of the day. A couple of snags with the amenities, but the host responded immediately and had a quick solution for us within hours. Great place to land for a couple of “bachelor” days!"

"It is in a beautiful backyard guest house. It was clean, well maintained and the hosts had thought of everything. They provided instructions and were quick to answer questions. The mattress was really comfortable. We definitely enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient. It felt safe to come and go in the evening. We checked in after a late flight and had no problems at all. "

The check in process involved us needing to contact the property mgr for an access code on the afternoon of check-in. Once we made contact everything went smoothly from there. Would recommend "

"The owner was wonderful and the apartment was very nicely appointed and had everything that you might need."

"We very much enjoyed our stay. Everything inside was clean, bed was comfortable. My mother has difficulty getting around and both beds were quite high, so we were happy to find a pull out sleeper in the couch for her. The rooms were pretty dim, even when all the lights were turned on. But this is still such a small thing and did not take away from our time. Thank you!"

"Came in on a Friday evening for a Saturday morning competition for the kids. We had 7 people, with one group leaving early in the morning and one group leaving closer to 10 am. Wanted to get a place where people could have separate sleeping areas and not disturb each other coming and going. "Our family of 5 loved staying here! Kid and pet friendly...our kids and beagle pup loved the lush green surrounding area to frolic. It was immaculately clean with fully stocked kitchen supplies, bed linens and towels to shower. Comfy beds! Beautiful property with a great view. Quiet, peaceful slice of heaven. Our kids loved smores around the outdoor gas fire table. Extremely nice and welcoming couple who owns the property. Definitely recommend and would happily stay again! "
