"The drain in the shower was partially blocked. Hence the water was not draining . This is a safety hazard. Plse inform the hotel to clean their drains. I had removed the drain cover and it was filthy black. Was not good."

"Helen was great, unfortunately the property isn't what is described. There are no beds, rather two fold down small couches. No pillows or bedding and it definitely does not sleep 4 adults unless you count two sleeping on the floor. The cottage is cute but cluttered with the most knick nacks I've ..."
