"We were given a handi cap room which was not the best as everything was low sink, bed ect. We were not informed prior to our stay I would have booked elsewhere. To find our room was like a rabbit warren if a disabled person had to walk to the end of long and narrow corridors it would terrible. Not impressed at all"

"I booked this cosy looking B&B from a recommendation I was given and it didn't disappoint. When I arrived late afternoon, I was warmly welcomed by Ellie the owner and her gorgeous dogs (very well behaved I might add). She even offered me freshly brewed coffee and a snack which was very gratefully received after my long-ish drive there. "We stayed at Whitley Coach House to spend a few days in the area before attending a wedding in Frome. Tim and Ginny’s communication was excellent, and they were even kind enough to provide a travel cot last minute as we had ordered one ourselves that we didn’t think would come in time (although it did in the end). The coach house itself was spacious enough for the three of us, with everything one might need for a few days away. "

"Castle Combe is a town out of a movie scene. It’s a must see. This hotel is a small operation but our room was huge with the largest bed ever in a hotel and a very comfortable bathroom as well (Room 12). We loved staying here so much we wish we could have stayed longer. The breakfast was amazing and quickly prepared. "

"This is a smaller hotel with a homely, personal feel that felt unique compared to larger, more commercial feeling hotel / spa combos that are becoming so common now. We felt very comfortable playing games and having drinks in the evening, enjoying the unique heated outdoor pool and generally relaxing. "We had a lovely stay at Grosvenor Villa. Richard greeted us at the door and gave us a little bit of history on the property. The room was lovely and clean with nice complimentaries stocked. The villa was about a 30 minute was to the centre, but the walk was lovely along the canal. The breakfast had a good amount of options and Richard happily made us toast and porridge if we wanted it. I would 100% recommend."
