"Excellent home and very clean. Our family and both golden doodles enjoyed our stay. Only thing I would ask next time is that the leaves be racked and picked up so we don’t bring them into the house. That was the only thing! Aside from that, awesome place and amazing host! Thank you for giving us a call prior to our arrival and checking to make sure all was good on our end. Much appreciated! "

"Just an average property with poor linen, a dirty shower stall, and the cheapest one ply toilet paper. No view of the river, but, there is a view of an abandoned 13 story construction property across the river and the God awful giant green tarp. More of a low rent residential neighborhood on the river."

"Accommodations were perfect for the 3 couples, would be for a family as well. Good design, high ceilings make it cool for desert living...master bedroom and shower very nice. Although never used the property was equipped with a large variety of cooking devices. Clean, quiet and well kept. Well Done !"
