"Walls were thin. Other guests had loud music playing all night into the morning when we woke up. You could hear inappropriate noises. Would not take my family here again."

"The sheets in the first room had hair and both queen beds were sunken, and you can feel parts of the mattress springs. The front desk quickly gave us another room and that room was wonderful. When it was first opened it definitely offered great value, now it seems they have cut corners, and that's a shame. "

"We needed to switch rooms because at first we saw ants in the room. Then when we pulled back the sheet there was a bed bug or tick on the sheets. The front desk immediately switch our room. The 2nd room’s bathtub/shower wasn’t 100% cleaned. There was a dirty facecloth hanging on the shower curtain & short black hair on the shower wall. "Due to an issue with previous hotel and having to leave immediately, we were absolutely amazed by this property! Evan was a top notch host and prepared the most amazing breakfast items and even accomodated my gluten allergy! We absolutely loved our stay and will be booking as a yearly getaway. We look forward in staying in the warmer months so that we can enjoy the outside gardens and pool."

"I stayed in The Cove cottage which is small but ideal for a single guest. However, if the guest has mobility issues, there are a few challenges. The walk from the parking area is up hill with no railings, and there are also no handrails to get up the steps to the cottage door. The cottage has two metal bucket chairs, but no table where you can sit and eat if you wish to stay in. The toilet is fairly low to the floor with no grab bars to help you up, and the shower has no grab bars to help...

"The location is great and the room was large, comfortable and very clean. Staff was very friendly. Plenty of food options at the kitchen and the mini provisions area. There is a small workout room with a few good cardio machines, it was extremely limited on weights (only very small up to 5lb) so that was the only negative I noted. I would stay again and recommend."
