"We really had a great time at this home! We were on a family trip and other members were staying at another house in same community! This rental was clean and very spacious! Beds were comfortable! Hernan the attendant at the house and Jose the owner were both very responsive to our needs! They even got our groceries for us so they were there when we arrived! If you want a relaxing vacation this is the place to go! We felt safe and relaxed on our trip!"

"We came during the rainy season (June) so the beach was inaccessible, but the pool was wonderful and the staff was friendly and super helpful. Highly recommend and plan on staying in the future"

"It was relaxing and peaceful. We all had a great time. Mario the groundskeeper was very helpful and has maintained the property well. The perfect home to have a large family. Easy access to the beach and the pool was a huge plus. I highly recommend staying here especially if you have a lot of people and if you have kids. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Monti-Villa. We’ve never gotten so much bang for our buck until we stayed here. If being too big of a place was an issue, it was kind of a nice to have that issue all to ourselves. Our hosts, Lucy, Rene, and Jose were all very nice and courteous. The ocean views were amazing, the landscaping was gorgeous, and the aesthetic of the place was very tasteful. "We were 3 families and all with kids and we did not once feel crowded. The only downside of it all, that was not a big issue was the AC. They did the job just did not get as cold as we would of liked. They did take a while for the rooms to cool down. El senor Juaquin was very helpful and assisted us in any thing we needed. The property manager was very fast to reply when I had question. Over all, our stay was amazing! "

"The entire experience was great. Just little fixing around the house that needs to be done but its doable. Cleaningness was on top of the list the pool felt amazing and clean. I will be booking my next vacation here if i get the opportunity in the future. Very satisfied "

"Everything during our stay was wonderful. The house was as described - neslted in a quiet neighborhood right on the beach. The waves crashing loudly lulled us to sleep each night. The house managers did not speak English, luckily my Spanish was sufficient enough for us all to understand one another.
