SAGAR is a four-bedroom villa in a quiet gated Miramar Beach community, designed for families and small groups who want both a private backyard resort and easy Gulf access. The home accommodates up to 10 registered guests.

The central living area has an oversized sectional with room for the group to relax together. The full kitchen is stocked for everyday meals, and the dining setup supports family breakfasts, takeout nights, and longer stays.

Outside, the fenced backyard includes a private pool, a separate hot tub for up to five guests, shaded seating, outdoor dining, sun loungers, a hammock, and a barbecue grill. Pool heat is optional and must be arranged in advance.

Beach days are simplified with the included golf cart, two adult bikes, three children's bikes, beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and a beach trolley. The deeded neighborhood access point is approximately seven minutes away on foot or a short golf-cart ride.

Bedroom 1: King bed; ensuite bathroom; 55-inch smart TV.

Bedroom 3: Family bunk bed with a full-size and twin sleeping surface; a 50-inch smart TV.
Bedroom 4: Bunk-room arrangement for up to three guests; dedicated workstation.

Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms, including the primary en suite. Combination of tub/shower facilities, towels, soap, shampoo, and a hair dryer.

Guest access
Guests have private use of the entire villa, fenced backyard, pool, hot tub, garage, and driveway. The included 6-seat golf cart, bikes, and beach gear are stored at the home. Entry is by smart lock; the unique access code is sent before arrival. Golf-cart and bicycle use is subject to the rental agreement and all local/community rules.

Other things to note

Pool Heating: The pool is equipped with a heater available for $40/night. Request it at booking and we'll have it warm and ready before you arrive. Especially popular for stays from October through March.

Pets: Up to 2 dogs welcome with prior approval. A $150 pet fee applies per stay, collected at check-in. Please let us know your pet details before arrival.

Golf Cart: A complimentary 6-seat golf cart is included for your stay and stored in the garage. A rental agreement covering use of the golf cart and bikes will be provided at booking.

Security: We have exterior cameras at the front of the house and a Ring doorbell (both active 24/7). A Minut noise sensor monitors decibel levels during quiet hours — it cannot record audio, only detects excessive noise levels. For your privacy, the security camera overlooking the backyard/pool area is only activated when the property is vacant for security purposes. It is switched off throughout all guest stays and does not record while the home is occupied by guests.

Community: The home is located in a quiet, upscale gated community. Out of respect for neighbors, parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
