Cottage 223 is a 2nd floor rental and is only accessible by Stairs.

Tucked away in the serene community of Hidden Dunes, the Hidden Dunes Cottage 223 offers an idyllic retreat for your next getaway. This spacious two-story property comfortably sleeps up to eight guests, making it perfect for family vacations or a gathering of friends. Upon entering, you're greeted by a well-appointed kitchen, complete with all the essentials for preparing delicious meals. The living area is bright and inviting, featuring a cozy private screened porch that provides a perfect spot to relax and take in the peaceful surroundings.

The primary bedroom boasts a luxurious king bed and an en-suite bathroom, ensuring a restful night's sleep. A second bedroom with a queen bed offers additional comfort, while the 3rd Bedroom in the Loft provides two full beds, ideal for children or guests who prefer a bit more space. Three full bathrooms throughout the cottage ensure convenience for everyone.

One of the highlights of this cottage is its prime location. Just a short walk from Miramar Beach, you can easily spend your days soaking up the sun or taking a refreshing dip in the Gulf of Mexico. The nearby Destin Harbor offers a variety of activities, from fishing charters to dolphin cruises. For a taste of local culture, visit the Destin History and Fishing Museum or explore the shops and eateries at the Destin Commons.

Located in the sought-after Hidden Dunes Gulf and Racquet Resort, this community features a professional Tennis and Pickleball Center with 6 Rubico clay tennis courts and 3 hard-surface pickleball courts. The Rubico clay courts, maintained daily for top playing conditions, meet the highest standard for clay surfaces. Proper tennis attire is required, and guests are encouraged to call ahead to schedule a match, join a clinic, or book private lessons. Equipment rentals and session costs are available upon inquiry. Guests also enjoy dedicated deeded beach access exclusive to Hidden Dunes, making it the perfect destination for both relaxation and recreation.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Per Home Owner Association rules: Hidden Dunes does not allow trailers, RV's, motorcycles, boats/jet ski's or golf carts.

We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Love the neighborhood, condo needs improvement

We’ve stayed at Hidden Dunes before and loved our experience! The location is great. However, this trip was less than ideal. We had multiple issues with the condo: broken toilet seat, ceiling leak, broken shower head, broken sink sprayer, issues locking front door, coffee maker leaked, no cooking sheets, broken kitchen gadgets, not enough blankets, etc. Additionally, I would expect enough seating at the table for the number of guests advertised. However, the table only sat 4 so we couldn’t enjoy a family dinner together. We also weren’t able to retrieve an Amazon package that was delivered to the mailbox. The property management company didn’t have a key. We will most likely stay at Hidden Dunes again, but not in this unit.

Nice property, about 5 min walk to the beach. Overall clean, however will be good to clean the air conditioning register, extremely dusty (can be a problem if you suffer from allergy)

Convenient Location

This was our second year at the facility and it did not disappoint again. This year there was a little miscommunication with the gate guards as they were unaware we were checking in. Once I found the email with the unit owners name, no issue we were let straight into the facility. The unit is convenient to the main pool and only a short walk to the beach. The only "complaint" is that the bathtub drain in the master suite did not drain at all. When taking showers we would have a tub full of water by the end. This was the same thing as last year. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and look forward to many return trips to Florida!!

Amazing!!!

We had an absolute blast! This is our second time staying at Hidden Dunes but first time at this condo - much better than the last. It was very clean & looked just like the pictures. Relaxing week at the Beach

Family vacation.

The condo was spacious, enough for the 7 of us! Beach and pool were a short walk or could call for a ride on a complimentary golf cart. Stayed for 6 days and loved it!

Great for a big family

Lots of room for a big family. Close walking distance to the beach and if you do not want to walk there is always a shuttle golf cart nearby to hop on that will take you there. Close proximity to all the attractions too

Wonderful Time!

There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room. My only suggestion would be for a larger table with more chairs. Or add a table outside with chairs. We love Hidden Dunes and will continue to come year after year.

A Wonderful Getaway

Our family really enjoyed this condo at this property. The condo was beautifully furnished with soaker tubs, beautiful screened in porch, and great location to the main pool and beach. The air conditioning worked wonderfully, and the fridge was cold, too! We will definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful large condo, private beach was amazing!

The pictures don’t do this condo justice. The decorations are super cute, it was way bigger than we expected, and the AC stayed super cold! The pools in the resort were large, super clean, and not packed at all! We went daily and the most we seen was maybe 10 other visitors. The beach was a short walk and the private beach was beautiful! If we are ever in Destin again, I would rebook the same place hands down!!

This Condo worked great for a large group. Tastefully decorated and stocked with beach gear. Owner provided great restaurant tips and timely with feedback for questions. Highly recommend this condo for large families!
