We have just the vacation rental for you! “Madi’s Jule” is a two-story Mediterranean style home located near The Village of Baytowne Wharf in SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORT® with 2 golf carts. From the moment you step into the front foyer, you will feel right at home. The modern, neutral décor is both upscale and impressive and the large windows invite the Florida sunshine to fill the room. The ample living area furnishings are comfortable and your guests will find themselves lounging around after sleeping in every morning. There is also a large TV, ideal for hosting a family movie night!

The kitchen is a chef’s dream with white cabinetry and marble countertops. It is stocked with everything needed to prepare brunch or snacks before heading out for the day’s adventures. Guests may dine at the bar area, which seats four, or at the 6 person dining table that offers a picturesque view of the back patio and lush green space and golf course outside.

One guest bedroom is located on the first floor and features a queen bed. There is a connected bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the second floor, the master suite offers a king bed and separate desk area that includes a gorgeous view of the outdoors. There is a spacious en suite bathroom as well, which includes a walk-in shower and separate soaking tub for those evenings when you want to relax in a bubble bath after a long day at the beach. The second guest bedroom on this floor features a queen bed and the final guestroom is a bunk room, featuring two sets of bunks, one being twin over twin and the other being full over full bunks. Each guest bedroom includes an en suite bathroom, with the first having a walk-in shower and the second having a tub/shower combo.

Great location, property management could use improvement.

We are frequent visitors to Sandestin and enjoyed this property. It accommodated our group of 7-8 well. However, several issues need attention.There were an excessive number of roaches; we killed 25-30 during our 7-day stay. Pest control is necessary. The master bedroom, bunk room, and bunk bathroom doors don’t latch properly, which was problematic for our children. The upstairs king bedroom shower has a sharp tile that caused a foot injury. The couch smelled of urine and needs cleaning. The only blowdryer provided didn’t work.The 6-seater golf cart lacked a tag for reentry at the Sandestin gate, requiring us to wait for others to open the arm. Overflow parking at the pool was full one evening, and despite parking a third car in the driveway and completely off the street, we received a 100 fine. Our neighbors also received 300 in fines for parking without a warning until the third day and 100 in fines for their trash being put out after hours when trash bags remained out along the street and had yet to be picked up.While we enjoyed Sandestin and the property overall, these issues should be addressed to improve future stays.

Overall, nice house. Well equipped kitchen and nice bedrooms and baths. Loved having 2 golf carts. The only downside for us was being woke up every morning around 6:00am by the golf course maintenance crew or landscapers for the neighborhood.

Excellent location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and everything as expected. Having 2 golf carts was extremely helpful bc they’re very much needed to get to the beach. I recommend this location to others.

Perfect Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! In person, the property looked just like the pictures. The location was perfect and whenever we had a concern, maintenance was quick to resolve. A couple of things that need upgrading are the cooktop range that was very difficult to control temperature and the pans were not non-stick.

One of our least favorite trips to our favorite vacay spot

By far the dirtiest rental we’ve ever stayed in. We had to purchase several cleaning products to clean ourselves just to feel comfortable staying in the house. It seemed like everywhere we looked in the house- something was broken. The drain to the master tub was broken, the trash can was broken so we had to manually lift the flaps of the lid, the turn signal to the golf cart as well as none functioning headlights, tv remotes needed batteries, smoke detector needed batteries- the list could go on. Wi-Fi was absolutely terrible which caused problems for our middle child whose medical devices run on Wi-Fi. No room in the closets to put away personal items because of all the excess bedding taking up so much space. And lastly the community should ask for the golf course maintenance to not take place during peak hours. Every morning while sitting on the back porch with our little ones they would drive very large trucks right next the homes dumping some much fertilizer that left you immediately heading inside to avoid breathing it in. Overall it was the worst trip we’ve ever had to Sandestin- which has been our family’s go to spot for nearly 15 years.

Great stay

We had a great time at this property! Having two golf carts was very convenient since we had multiple families staying. The design of the home was beautiful and the beds were very comfy. My only complaint is that they don’t allow early check in.

Nice house with 2 golf carts

House was lovely with newer decor. Love the convenience of 2 golf carts. Very small back porch but it does look out onto a green which is nice. The cooktop is old and difficult to cook on. Great beach toys/chairs/umbrella to use. Check in and out times a bit extreme- especially if flight time does not coincide. be prepared to wait outside to get in at 4.
