Seas-The-Moment beach house is located within walking distance of soft, white sand, incredible beachfront restaurants and other exciting attractions, Royal Seaesta #10 beach house is the perfect choice for your next getaway along the emerald Destin beaches. This vacation rental offers accommodations for up to 8 people. On the first floor, you will find the living room with 2 comfortable sofas and flat-screen TV. Our full kitchen is remodeled and equipped with upscale stainless steel appliances. The plush king size master bedroom suite can be found on the second floor of Royal Seaesta #10 with an adjoining bathroom, refrigerator, mini wet bar, featuring a whirlpool tub and a walk-in shower. Also on the second floor is another king size masters en-suite with an additional 2nd full bathroom. The 3rd bedroom queen size bathroom occupy the first floor main level of this spacious house.
During your getaway on the coast, gather up some goodies for your love ones back home at some of the eclectic shops lining the streets of Scenic Highway 98. Visit the incredible restaurants in Destin and enjoy water views while you dine on delectable seafood and other savory dishes. Walk a minute across the street to our private gate down to beach and sink your feet in the sand while you absorb the warm sunshine. No matter how you choose to spend your vacation days, you are sure to enjoy your retreat at Royal Seaesta #10 along the Emerald Coast of Florida.

You can learn to surf at the surf school on the beach, para-sailing down the coastline or just floating along in the waves. Everything is perfectly within reach just come and enjoy Unit #10.

I loved the location but this property needed a complete update on the furniture and also needs a new cleaning service. We had to reclean the bathroom toilets! Also one of the toilet brushes was covered in poop! We also sweeped the floor that seemed like it had not been done in weeks. We also went to use the grill and it was rotted. Some of the beach chairs were rotted as well. For the amount of money we paid I expect better

Was excellent. Newly remodeled kitchen and appliances, 3 master bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Very clean, convenient to everything, 5 min to golf courses, dozens of restaurants, and a walk across the street to the beach. Owner was fabulous in communication and response time. Was a perfect fit for 3 golfers on vacaction.

Tiffany was excellent and very accommodating. The house was just as described and a very short walk to the beach access. The beach was crowded but a beautiful location and the water was perfect. Would come back for sure!

Perfect for a family vacation

Check-in process was easy. Condo was really clean. Beach was literally a 2 min walk and it was so close to the restaurants and stores. We will definitely be booking again for our next trip to Destin. Absolutely loved it there.

Great Week

Loved the condo and its roominess. Each bedroom had its own attached bathroom which is nice. A short walk to the beach was greatly appreciated. Access to the private beach could have been better described. Everything you could need was within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.

A Great Stay!!

The place is close to the private beach access! I will let you all know, if you have bad knees or so, it does have steps but they do have a public beach access not too far from the condo! The place smelled great and we enjoyed our time there. Awesome beds! Will say the sheets need some help as it seemed they weren’t soft but overall the beds were amazing and the showers were amazing. Tiffany was quick to respond with anything and was very helpful. I would recommend this condo for your stay!

New upgrades!!

My family and I stayed at this lovely home for the second time. We were so please with the new upgrades. New refrigerator, new stove w/oven, new dishwasher and new flooring. The home had clean bathrooms and bedrooms. So close to Alvin’s store and ice cream shop. Excellent communication with Tiffany. She was able to assist when needed. We will definitely be staying here again!

Me and my family had a great time! The place was just perfect for my family and myself. The beach was very near the property. Any questions or concerns I had, Tiffany was quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this place for a great vacation stay. Looking forward to coming back again!!

Great location across from the beach. Nice no frills townhome with two master suites upstairs and queen bedroom with shared bath downstairs. Comfortable, affordable and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

The property was exactly what we needed! There were some minor bumps with the property but Tiffany was quick to respond and got them addressed for us as soon as possible. Overall the property is nice but is starting to age, but there were plenty of showers with constant hot water and comfortable beds, which to me are the two most important areas of a rental. I would stay here again.

Description is misleading

The place was nice but much smaller than appears in picture. Also, the indication that it is on a private beach is false. The gate shown in the picture is to a pool that is not open and a whirlpool that doesn't work.

Only 2 parking spots so keep that in mind, but other than that the property was clean and orderly when we arrived and was also in a great location 5 min walk from the beach.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Shocked and horrified

Firstly, I want to highlight that I have never left any negative reviews for accommodation I’ve stayed in, but this was simply unacceptable! Location was good but that’s the only positive comment about this place. The accommodation was so dirty that we had to move to another condo. We contacted the owner who offered to send her cleaning team in but the whole place needed scrubbing to get to any sort of habitable standard which would have been too disruptive during our holiday. I don’t even know where to start explaining how disgusting this place was, but I’ll give it a go… On most of the bedding there was at least one dodgy looking stain that either resembled blood or urine (the owner claimed these were bleach stains - not like any bleach stain I’ve seen before!) Every door had brown fingerprints everywhere, every light had dust so built up it was hanging down, the white bannister was brown, every shower had black mould, dirty floors that turned your feet/socks black, brown splatter up one of the walls, plates had dried sticky food on them, window sills with months of build up of dirt & dead flies, and much to our disgust there was snot on the walls!!!! The list goes on, but hopefully that’s at least painting a picture for everyone to avoid this place if you’re hoping to have a lovely holiday by the sea. The owner was very quick at replying to messages initially, then ignored us once she realised we were not happy. She said she would offer to refund the cleaning but nothing else, despite receiving some of the photos we had taken, which most people would be embarrassed to see of their own property! According to the owner, all of these cleaning items are “deep clean” items that are only carried out once every 6 months!
