Welcome to Seas the Day, a spacious 7-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom coastal retreat just steps from the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of Miramar Beach. With over 3,800 square feet of living space and room for up to 24 guests, this three-story home is the perfect setting for large families and groups looking to enjoy the best of the Emerald Coast.

Spend your days soaking up the Florida sunshine in the private, fully fenced backyard, complete with a sparkling pool, lounge seating, and gas grill, or take the short walk to the beach with no major roads to cross. Back at the house, multiple living spaces give everyone plenty of room to relax and spread out. The first floor features its own living and media area, kitchenette, laundry, four bedrooms, and three bathrooms, making it an ideal setup for multiple families or groups traveling together.

The second floor is the heart of the home, featuring an open living area with soaring 10-foot ceilings and a spacious kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and custom cabinetry. Step outside onto one of the large balconies to enjoy the coastal breeze and beautiful Gulf views. For an extra-special spot to unwind, head up to the third-floor Captain's Lookout, where a wet bar and private balcony create the perfect setting for morning coffee or evening drinks overlooking the coast.

After thriving as a custom home builder in Colorado for 15 years, Chris Harper and his family moved to the stunning Emerald Coast. It was here that Destin Dreamers was born. Our vision is clear: to offer guests the chance to celebrate life, dreaming fully awake.

Our dedicated team is available on-site daily or reachable via call or text from 8 AM to 5 PM, six days a week, with support for emergencies on Sundays and after hours.
